I saw loads in my local but there was a sign saying it was not part of the 3 for 2 promotion but i didn't check if it was also excluded from the voucher offer as online it is included in 3 for 2.

It should be usable on this palette as although it's from Christmas, it's part of their standard range and isn't a Christmas gift as such (and so isn't in the 50% sale either).

Was this a large boots ? went into my local yesterday and there was only half of the stock they had last week & I'm sure they haven't sold it all as whenever I went in no one was really looking at it let alone buying it.

If you don't embarrass easily, you can try. People have done it before, but it's really down to the SA. It's understandable if they refuse, and if you'll be mortified if they say no, don't do it (and a few SAs lack basic customer service skills and may be rude about it). I should add, I'm assuming you meant you want to rebuy the one you just returned. If there are more on the shelf at 75% off, then you can just buy that and return the other one for what you paid no problem as long as you have a receipt. The issue is if there are none left on the shelf, and you want to return and rebuy the same set, iyswim.

hiya all, saw my frend who works in boots- no news as yet. she says they usually get a last min email either close of business today (mon) or by lunchtime tues.

i said to her theres still loads stuff left- and she said that the larger stores have been getting stocks from the smaller stores as head office reckon people will go to the larger branches due to choice and amount that they have! so the smaller branches prolly wont have out left- and for those of u that reporting that stock seems to have gone from shelves - this is y! :mad:

as soon as i hear out, forumite- u will be the 1st to no as always!

just got email from boots!
i did 2 orders on sale day when site kept crashing. 1st order was £118 and 2nd order was £46. got confirmation for both orders. then on 29th dec email saying 2nd order had been disatched and on 30th email saying 1st order dispatched. received 2nd order last thur. just had email from boots saying due to operational issues(WAT???) they cant fulfil my order! :mad::mad::mad::mad:
well hang on a min- im not thick but forgive me for thinking if order has been dispatched then SURELY i should receive it!
they offering me full refund, plus 1000 points plus 25% off online order till jan 24th.
well i dont want out of site coz sale now finished! I WANT MY FLAMING ORDER! :mad::mad::mad::mad:
and im even madder coz the items i ordered i could have bought in store on boxing day, but of course theyve sold out now instore! :mad::mad:

ive sent them an email(snotty 1 to say the least) and am awaiting reply! ive told them im gunna badmouth them on the forum! lol. ive got good mind not to go to the 75% off sale but would only be spiting myself if i didnt!

i have ahd exactly the same thing!!! so annoying as you cant get any of the things now and i had all my birthday presents planned for the year. PLUS i must have spent about 6 hours on the crap dying website in order to place the order. so fuming

......ive nver had perfume set at 75% off- my local store which is a large store and also a smaller store nearer to home have never had perfume sets at 75% off- im sure they all get recalled/sent back or watever but deffo removed from shelves and the 75% off sale. they are 1/3 off or 50% off on boxing day sale instore!
hope u gets yrs refunded and then rebought at 25 % of original cost!
i did manage to get 4 sets half price on boxing day in sale- so was more than pleased with that!:T:j:)
