Boots 1/2 Price Sale

In Boots in Cambridge at the Clinique counter there were a few gift sets less than 1/2 price but not many left.

I was in London yesterday and was confidently told, by staff in various large stores, that the 75% sale starts on Wednesday. Of course, the fact that several staff have given me this info, does not mean it's right!

Things seem to be oddly different this year. Loads of stuff left on shelves in stores, and nothing online. And staying up till silly o'clock, whether I wanted anything or not, was half the fun!

When I first got my advantage card (years ago!) I used to get these vouchers but now never get them yet my mam gets them quite often. Is there a way I can sign up for these again?

Im gutted, just been in my little local Boots and half the sale stock has mysteriously disappeared! There was about 12 No 7 hatboxes when I went in on Friday, now all of those and a load of other stuff has just gone, a whole area of shelves are empty. I know no-one has bought all of that as I live in a small village/town and that stock has hardly moved since the start of the sale. I asked the assistant where it had gone and she said she didnt know as she was only in on Sundays, but that she thought it might have been re-distributed. I was hoping for one of the hatboxes when they went 75% off

Either that or the staff have just found out the sale starts wednesday and they are now hidden in the stock room :cool:

i am sooo hoping that this sale does not start on wednesday and hope its the week after like last year!! i am desperate to spend my 4950 points lol but am working this wednesday 8amtil 6pm :eek::eek::eek:

I'm with you, I probably can't go wed or thurs, really hoping it won't be this week. But it's come from enough different sources that odds are it will be. ;(

I will give an update about the 75% sale later today...I have a close friend that works in Boots and I will be stopping by there today! :-)
