Boots 1/2 Price Sale

Oddly, last year staff were heard to say in more than one store that they were holding stock back to put out for the 75% off sale, and many people reported new stock turning up. Can't imagine why they'd do that, as surely they'd rather sell all they can at 50% off. But it's just possible that will happen again this year, so stores with bare shelves may suddenly have more when the sale starts.

Managed to get 3 of the fcuk bags at 75% off, the cashier said they were staggering the 75% off this year but not sure how true that is

well done you :rotfl::rotfl:!! I bought the FCUK weekend bag 2 christmases ago with my points when they were offer of the week, love the bag and its really roomy and still looks great, but never even opened the contents - they went into the pressie stash.

i don't like the shiny look of this years bag.

LOL! I just did exactly the same thing. Saw it at Bluewater boots and thought must get it, then thought the bag looks really cheap and I don't really need it.

My thoughts exactly!!! I still use the 2009 bag as a handbag every day and I really love it, but thought the 2010 and 2011 ones were horrible! Not sure what the contents of the last one were, but the one I had came with 2 Pure products (which I loved) and 2 Polished products (which I hated!) so overall not really worth the money!

The fcuk bag is 75% off because we have loads and loads left was a really poor seller this year I think it was down to the bag looking abit like a bin liner

Ok so i went to Boots (Chelm5ford retail park) to pick up 2 of the FCUK bags (not my taste but i have god children who will love them) and i thought i would have a look at the rest of the sale items to see what i can pick up when there is a 75% sale hits but the SA's were taking all the items off the shelves??!?!?!!?!?

Hmm interesting.....did you ask them why? How fab if they started the 75% off tomorrow....!!! I can never usually get there!

they might just have been moving the sale items somewhere else in the store so they could start stocking the shelves with suntan lotions.

Been to Great Yarmouth store this afternoon, stumbled across the toy clearance section, managed to get ELC My First Work Bench for £5, ELC Pink Washing Machine for £3.75, ELC Wooden Lift Out Puzzle £1.75, Star Wars Watch for £2.50 and some Chuggington Mini Aquadraw Mats for £1.75 v v pleased with purchases!!! tonnes of sales stuff left there too!!
