Just been on the website and the red box is there saying 1/2 price sold out online, i'm wondering if on the day the sale starts it will change to 75% of instore. Just a thought and worth checking Wednesday morning:o

I was thinking this too, and seeing as under SALE on their offers page of Boots website it has 287 products still linked to it (you can't view them) I wonder if the sale will start again online ?

I can understand your disappointed that you won't be receiving your order but do you really think bad mouthing a company on the forum and even threatening to do so in an email is appropriate? What are you hoping to acheive by writing this email? Boots do not have to offer you anything apart from a full refund but have kindly offered you £10 in points and 25% off your next online order which is better than nothing at all.

You didn't loose any money. You got extra back. These things happen. You were lucky you managed to get a order submitted, a lot of people couldn't manage that. And it's not as if you're buying life saving drugs, only gift sets i presume?

It probably isn't that intelligent to draw their attention (more than it already is) to a forum that actively encourages people to exploit all their software glitches and propagates rumours about their company's business strategy....

Thanks, that should be the case. Went today but there was a sign by them saying you could not use the NO7 voucher. I guess it would be to0 cheap otherwise for boots lol.
