I didn't get a voucher yesterday when I bought from the sale and I've run out if the No 7 wipes

I think I've only EVER used mine on nail varnish!! Hence the fact that I have about 20 different colours of no 7 nail varnish in my drawer! :rotfl:

Perhaps the problem was that you were trying to use your voucher on a gift set? Don't quote me on this cos I'm only summising, but maybe you just can't use them on sets, only on individual items?

I would like to apologise to any MSE'rs in Derby who happened to be in Boots around lunchtime today and didn't get to the S & G set in time.

I snagged a Not Just a Pretty Case S & G minutes after some little girl put it back on the shelf and I spotted her doing it. Bargain. The CSA even said to her colleague "told you it would go in minutes" and I even had to ask if it was okay for me to take it! She said it was fine and that it came in the daily stock.

Even if the sets are O.O.S online, it may be worth checking out the stores once in a while around lunchtime ish or during the time the CSA put stock out.

It definitely wasnt £21.72 though! I purchased a set new on eBay and pleased I didnt pay the full price of £10, the nail polish chips very easy.

The voucher states gift sets are excluded but I wouldn't say the small sets of nail polish that I posted in the link above are Gift Sets? If my local Boots stock these I think I will try to use my voucher with them at another till and not the No7 counter, maybe find a male cashier who wouldnt have a clue about womens makeup.

Well, I called Boots CS and the person I spoke to was brilliant.
They offered to replace it but then found out it had been discontinued so wouldn't be getting anymore in stock
They called Yodel too as there was something wrong with them updating their system. They were adamant that it had been delivered, even though they said they couldn't get hold of the delivery driver to speak to them about it! :mad:
Boots processed a refund and said I would receive an email saying that my card details have been refused, and to call up when I receive my new bank card so they can process the refund onto the new card.

If they try to deliver it, then I won't be claiming the refund, I'll be calling them to say I've got it.
I really wanted this set, it was my Christmas present Couldn't afford to buy it full price.

What a Christmas this has turned out to be. Wheels falling my M&P pram, my 3 year old being ill all over Christmas and now my 7 month old has it too. Not slept for 3 weeks.... Oh poor me!

Oh dear, well maybe it was for the best, save you some money. I have to say I'm horrified at the stories about Boots courier company. I have my orders delivered to store and that's hit and miss enough at sale time - stuff that was available online is suddenly OOS when they come to pack my order .

What are you missing - maybe someone on here near you has a spare? I always online order then hit the shops and send anything back I've been able to pick up in store (well I always mean to but sometimes don't get round to it. LOL!)

Looks like they have reduced the Xmas Collection make up such as the eye pallette's and eyeliner sets. I bet they will have none left in store though

I wanted the little nivea cracker's but on the 1st day of the sale i never spotted any of them either or the dior perfume sets.

they have the mens one in liverpool .... dont know if that helps. £2.50 x

I dunno how this is going to be resolved though because if I end up getting a refund (I'd rather have a replacement but know it's now OOS) how the blooming hell can I get one when I had to cancel my card yesterday because I lost it!

Has anyone who ordered Xmas Eve NOT got their orders yet? I ordered Xmas Eve and it still isnt despatched (requested delivery to store). I also placed a smaller order on Xmas Day and thats already waiting at store for me. Am getting worried my main order isnt coming
