I had the same worries earlier when I checked my Boots account, I made 2 orders of Xmas Eve and another on Xmas day (I thought it was boxing day) and the Xmas Day one has been despatched and the 2 orders from Xmas Eve are still processing.

I phoned Customer Services and the guy said he could see no problems with the orders and that they were in the warehouse and couldn't understand why the one from boxing day has already been sent out.

I will keep an eye out though as the Xmas Eve orders took ages to checkout, so hopefully they still have all what I have ordered. Will be very miffed if they don't send these out considering I could have picked up the majority of things I wanted in store yesterday, other than the S&G sets (which is what I really want).

I placed an order on Christmas Eve and my order still has not been dispatched. I checked my account earlier to make sure in case no email was sent out but it still says processing. I hope there isn't a problem with my order as one of the fragrance sets is now out of stock on every website.

My Christmas eve order has also not been dispatched! I will be annoyed if it doesn't turn up, spent ages trying to check out & eventually placed by phone.

So will I as the first 2 orders contained the S&G Sets I wanted and they are also OOS! If they don't turn up then they can have the latter order back too as all orders included gifts to compliment each other!

The Xmas eve orders took ages to go through but have shown up as pending on PayPal! I was on the phone to Boots at the same time as trying to complete the checkout process and it so happened the online order went through so then hung up and then completed another order a few hours later which went through easier than the first!

Fingers crossed there hasn't been a c@!k up and everyone receives what they have ordered!

I placed an order with Boots on Christmas Eve and checked earlier on there website and it said still processing.
But just got an email from them saying that out of the 12 items i have ordered they are only sending me three!!!
I am really annoyed (is putting it mildly)!!!
If i knew they didn't have the stock when i ordered it, i would of gone down to one of their shops on Boxing day and bought it there.
Now i only will receive the 3 items and have missed out on the others as none of the shops will have them now.

Never ordering from Boots sale again!!!

It's not sounding promising is it, will check my emails to see if I have received a similar email from Boots. My first order had 15 items, the second 14 and 10 on the one which has been dispatched. As I said previously I will be well annoyed should I receive no or part of an order and would be inclined not to order from the Boots sale again. Their website was truly shocking on Xmas eve!

We only got our notification today 11.42, that the order would be ready for collection on 5th Jan, but we now know that to be a much sooner date.

I'm starting to worry too, as my 1st and 3rd order (I made on xmas eve) have turned up, but my main order 2nd one, hasn't got anything by it, just processing? I have recieved an email acknowledgement, and email confirmation of the order but no dispatch info, which considering both the other orders came yesterday is worrying! Will be so upset, as I have so many pressies for my DD's upcoming bday in that order, and didn;t go to store as I thought the items were secure?

Are they not secure until dispatch, or are they secured by the time a confirmation email comes through, does anyone know??
