They all gave a delivery date of 5th January on the screen as the order was placed (clearly stated before I agreed to buy) That's still a week away. What date were you given that is making you panic that they won't arrive? All of mine say processing.
So far the boots system is doing what it said it would. It said my goods would be delivered on 5th Jan (or before). They now show they are being processed. I can't see anything wrong with the system.
What date did they give you when you placed the order? If you are contacting customer services then I imagine the date must have already passed- did you pay for express or named day delivery?
Think the worry is because others are already having part orders cancelled so dosen't leave a whole lot of hope for those that haven't been picked yet;)0 -

Tbh it was cheaper on the Christmas extra points day with additional 500 (or even without) if you were spening £50 or over.. So wait until next year- buy it on an extra points day and it is just as cheap as the sale plus it will be the current range not last years by the time you gift it for Christmas.
These have all been on 3 for 2, now on 50 per cent so hardly a great reduction.
If you bought 3 items at £50 each (as a simple maths example) it would have been £100 with £29 of points gained (2x£12 plus £5) so £71
In the sale they would be £25 each so £75 but you would get £3 points-so £72
So really the whole Boots sale is a bit of a con. They are the only retailer of most of the 'brand'sets. They have them made for them and they are on a 3 for 2 from the minute they arrive in the stores. They are never really the price they say (unless you buy just 1) as they are always effectively one third off.June challenge £100 a day £3161.63 plus £350 vouchers plus £108.37 food/shopping saving
July challenge £50 a day. £ 1682.50/1550
October challenge £100 a day. £385/£31000 -
Thanks so much OP! Was gutted at first when these were not reduced in the sale, but I'm so glad they are now. Just spent £40, would have cost me £80!!Valued Opinions: £90.75 IPSOS: 4255

GOOD NEWS! I've received a despatch email this morning for what appears to be - wait for it - MY ENTIRE ORDER! I placed this on Christmas Eve in the afternoon.
Delivery est 5 Jan but hopefully it will be sooner!:j:j:jLess stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!0 -
