I went to my small-ish local on Tuesday and noticed there was quite a lot left, although it was busy in there. I wanted to buy the scents of occasion and attraction perfume gift sets, as well as the S&G hand wash set online, but the S&G went out of stock before I checked out, so didn't bother ordering at all. I picked up one of the perfume sets I wanted instore, but the other wasn't anywhere to be seen (until OH found one abandoned a few aisles away), so I got them both and decided to get the Ted Baker mini perfumes too. OH also got some gifts for family, so we're both happy. :)

Lots of the S&G apron tin giftsets were left, even though at £8 it's a good deal with the breakfast scrub being £9.45 alone. There were also quite a few of those facial sets with wish upon a jar, hocus focus etc; wish I'd got one of those now actually! Also lots of Sanctuary, No7 etc.
  • Thanks everyone :)
Well, I called Boots CS and the person I spoke to was brilliant.
They offered to replace it but then found out it had been discontinued so wouldn't be getting anymore in stock :(
They called Yodel too as there was something wrong with them updating their system. They were adamant that it had been delivered, even though they said they couldn't get hold of the delivery driver to speak to them about it!
Boots processed a refund and said I would receive an email saying that my card details have been refused, and to call up when I receive my new bank card so they can process the refund onto the new card.

If they try to deliver it, then I won't be claiming the refund, I'll be calling them to say I've got it.
I really wanted this set, it was my Christmas present :( Couldn't afford to buy it full price.

What a Christmas this has turned out to be. Wheels falling my M&P pram, my 3 year old being ill all over Christmas and now my 7 month old has it too. Not slept for 3 weeks.... Oh poor me! :D:o
  • Only bought 2 of the lynx sets, think I'm going to wait and see if it goes to 75% off.
Probably a long shot but does anyone know the chances of the No.7 till spits coming back?
  • I did a good haul in Lincoln store. Cat bowl, collar, blanket, mice, Soap and Glory Hand Lotion set, Hello Kitty phone case, Hello Kitty Hand lotion set, Lynx sets (now these are a good offer) and an UG curly hair set for... *drum roll* £30. Lovely!
Now I am employed, lets get rid of this student debt! :D:D

They are back. :jI got one yesterday. Its a paper voucher split in 2, No7 and the other one is opticians i think.

I thought they would be gone forever. Last date to spend it in store is Jan 29 i think.

I've just had an email saying the things I ordered on Christmas Evebare now ready to be collected, even though the invoice says the 6th January. Very happy :j

With regards the S&G 200 points vouchers I've tried to use 2 and had problems both times. The systems don't recognise them for some reason, although I have had them added manually each time with no problems.

Thanks for this, I need a new eyeliner and always seem to end up getting one from Boots as with the voucher the price is fantastic for the quality and better then any others at the same cost.

I got a No7 voucher yesterday and the other one was definitely for the opticians!

Glad to see the orders are being sent out, I ordered twice on Xmas eve and again on the 26th and all 3 invoices are saying to be delivered by the 5th January.

I also received a £5 No7 voucher (valid until 29th Jan 2012) when I purchased some Sanctuary Gift sets in Boots yesterday. The other voucher was £10 Boots eye check.

Has anyone used the £5 No7 voucher on nail polish? The first and only time I tried, I was told that nail polish was excluded yet it doesnt state that on the voucher. It was the small french manicure set, 3 nail polishes which were around £10. I'm not sure if they stock that set anymore as I can't see it online but would like to purchase the other nail polish sets at £4 since they are on 3 for 2 if I can use my £5 voucher.
