Is it worth me dragging the little un ove rto boucher tomorrow or will it all be gone now.

What time did you leave ther and what was left/

I left at lunch time and they still had loads and it wasn't that busy but I don't know how busy the afternoon has been. They had lots of the miniature perfume sets, leather gloves, some sanctuary, no 7, fearne cotton, hello kitty, some kids stuff, gardeners stuff - loads really apart from mens ( some fcuk man bags)

The one at Sprucefield had almost been completely cleared out, so defo not that one

Does anyone know the current state of affairs in Romford?

Shelves were pretty much stripped clean in the Brewery, with a bit more choice in the one by BHS.

thanks mcallister1, did they have any kids toys in high chelmer? or sanctuary/Soap & Glory/No.7 sets please or those cute mugs in boxes? :)

There were lots of the S&G tins, and lots of the Sanctuary sets in the orange leather effect cases, there were quite a few No7 navy blue makeup bag sets, good number of no7 small palettes etc, I did see someone with a big No7 hat box but I dont remember seeing any on the shelf. I don't remember seeing any of the smaller Sanctuary sets.

Which mugs did you mean? If you've got a catalogue handy tell me the page number and I'll try and remember if I saw them.

There were about half an aisle of toys, I don't remember there being a lot of choice, sorry.

i got to my local store (st helens town centre) for just after 9 this morning

picked up for myself a no7 set for £4.00 (absolute bargain)

got my daugter a perfume set for 1.50, couple of the bobbypin sets and a box of GU choc truffles - they were 1.50 and there is a box full - would make a great little gift and i can vouch that they are v.nice!

sanctuary boxes were 6.25 i think

they had quite a bit of the fairground/old style gift sets, hello kitty liberty sets and a lot of the danni minogue stuff too

did miss out on the kitchen stuff (gutted)

all in all not bad sale - might have a look at the prescot store tomorrow and see what they have left there

thanks for the heads up on the sale !!

all in all some good bits -

Does anyone know from previous years whether they reduce the perfume sets any further?
I want the Aura set its currently reduced from £44 to £33 with plenty of stock in my smallish Boots. I dont know whether to bite the bullet or hang on a little longer in the hope it reduces further.
Can anyone offer any advice on past years perfume sets?

thanks again! haven't got a catalogue I'm afraid, the mugs were small sized mugs, 2 sorts - red with white pictures on or pale blue with white pictures, boxed in I think white boxes.
might make a dash in there in the morning then if they had some no.7 bits left and will take a look at any toys there are left. Didn't think I'd be lucky enough to get a hatbox somehow! ;)

I think I remember the ones you mean - I honestly don't remember seeing them but I didn't pay too much attention to the 'food items' aisle so don't take that as gospel! Good luck! Wouldn't mind an update once you've been, might go and have another little nosey when I finish work at lunchtime.
