  • I don't even know what caused me to wander into town today on my lunch break, but went by just in time I think!
Got a load of goodies (3 february birthdays), a few bits for me ("hello kitty / liberty gift pack" "gu" chocolates etc) and a very pink washbag ("kiss me quick") that my (male!) OH has nabbed, ever so chuffed chuffed that it'll fit all his toiletries in!
(This was in Hereford store, tho by the way folks were going at it there's not much likely to be left by tomorrow...!)

LOL! I think I got the one you mean and its very girly but glad he loves it , how sweet!

I really like the case too so will keep it for myself and give away the contents! ;)

And to the other lady moaning about the stuff her OH got her , sounds like he got you some GOOD STUFF and its the thought that counts and knock me down if you want but you sound rather UNGRATEFUL!!!

Sorry.. I'm not shouting just typing how it is on receipt .:)

another says points received 76 and underneath POINTS COUPON OFFER 200

That's how good it used to be :D

How much was your total spend on the second shop (200 point coupon and 76 points)?

I just can't fathom it :rotfl:

I have been "wishing" I had done a third shop of these items that I PUT BACK - Arggh !!!

    Project D - Black Patent filled bag - £35
Gok "Gorgeous" - Red patent Toiletry Bag with 3 items - £18
Sanctaury Vanity Case with 3 items - £25
Hackett Keyring Set - £10 (nice present for a chap)
Gu Chocs set - £12 - another nice present

I did same as you and printed off several vouchers from machine. SA kindly stopped each time we got to £30 then scanned voicher. Then used my new points (and some existing ones) to purchase the last load. They were definitely 'extra'. :T

I went all the way to a store instead of a yoga class...shelves empty aside from quite a few empty cardboard display boxes and some chocolate christmas tree decorations :( They did have quite a bit of philosophy but none was anything more then half price, I picked one up went to the tills and the assistant said that it wasn't 75% off (I was just checking) must have taken pitty on me as they used an override discount and I got it for £5.50 as oppose to £22 :) Made my trip worth it and felt very happy with that even if everything else had gone!

    Lucky things :D

Still can't complain really. My 150 points for each of my £25 spends was non "extra" and has been like that for a couple of years now. But given that I was getting £100 marked prices for £25 each time it still ain't bad to get 150 points in total :rotfl:
  • Dont have time to read all comments but
To the lady disappointed with your husbands purchases you can take them back, I took lots of bits and pieces back yesterday - no problem and I'm guessing they will have gu left as all 5 stores
I was in yesterday still had lots as for food gifts they all sell too well at 50% off only marmite etc left
And to the lady asking about the sanctuary, it had only3 products in it - they are dark red and smell delicious, I'm guessing they are premium products as they are not the normal sanctuary.
And to Natasha I met in ballymena tower centre, hello !!
Busy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:

This is strange... just looked at my receipt from yesterday and noticed that out of the 4 identical packs of gift tags I bought, 3 of them went through as 25p but the 4th went through at full price, £1.00!!! Seeing as I paid with my points, they've diddled me out of 75 points there so I shall be going back today to get the points back!!! Cheeky sods!
