Boots 1/2 Price Sale

my local wasnt too busy today but i got there about 3pm still had a few bits and bobs left so i got a few items along with the vit glitch total should ave been over 80 i paid less than 15 i also picked up some chocolate coins which dont seem to be on my receipt i got a few packs too so its not as though i can miss them no idea whats happened never mind

I only took a modest haul of 1x Champneys £50 set, an Adopt a Bear tin and a Hello Kitty handcream set!

I got the last 'nice looking' Champneys £50 box by 8.35 (there was on left but its card wrapper had been torn off) but someone was there in front of me loading them into a trolley so I was lucky to get it. I think you might find a fair few things left, I'm not sure, I nearly had a wander down at lunchtime and thought better of it.

I don't know if theres anything in the Meadows?

Thanks moromir, sounds like you were very restrained when you look at some of the accounts on here of ikea bags a plenty and trolleys full of stuff! I only want a few bits to put aside for birthday presents but was v.disappointed in the Chelmer Village store.

If anyone has been in High Chelmer or the Meadows Boots stores this afternoon I'd appreciate an update to see if it's worth having to make an excuse at work for being a tad late in the morning!

anybody know what the stock levels in stockport are like? was there this morning and there was a lot left, but wondering whether it is worth taking my mum tomorrow??

My shops from today, very pleased with the toys, one store had loads left at 10.00am.

got a lovely teapot set, jam and bread set and some other bits from the aintree liverpool store, they were still loading up the shelves as i left - anyone seen any santuary, soap and glory or champneys sets there? lots of baby toys and kids baking sets etc

Hi, were the sale toys labelled in the 75% sale? I went today and picked up a few gift sets but the toys were in a separate area with no label so didn't think they were on sale.

some were only 50% off but there were others that were more like activity sets/gift sets with something like (nana) in the name - like baking sets etc, looked lovely but my kids are a bit too old for this now sadly!!

we didn't even have the pin cushion or the custard cream keyring sets before xmas let alone after lol there is lots mentioned on here that our stores just never had in and i'd probably have paid full price for them too nevermind though.. still happy with getting the gifts i did get.

Loads of stock left in Boucher Rd Belfast when I left,good variety too. I got a few bits but had already spent a fortune in my local in Dungannon which had loads of the stuff I wanted. My sister and I took the morning off work and went on a Boots tour and what a great morning we had!!!!!

We were the first in to our local Boots this morning and I heard one sa ask another how we would have heard about the sale when they had only just been told, she said something on the internet :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I love this site and forums, thanks so much to all for the fun posts over the last few weeks and of course for alerting me to the start date!!!!!!
