well thanks to my hubby getting back from a night shift and then staying up and taking the kids to school for me , I was able to get to the victoria centre , llandudno , for when it opened at 8:45am , well i was actually 5 mins late as my kids were harrassing me as i was trying to get out of the door! lol As i got there i could see a lot of people in there already and they're were a couple who were definate ebayers as they had huge amounts of the same sets , can't blame them in a way but kinda shady on everyone else. I bought £126 in my first go and the very friendly SA let me take the big blue bags out with me and over the road to my house instead of paying for a load of 5p carrier bags. as i went to return them i had another scout round and spent another £26. On my lunch break at work I went to the boots on parc llandudno but there wasn't much left , got a few bits to the total of £17 and i had enough points on my card to pay for those. very pleased with my haul ,shame there's never any toys left in my stores though , managed to get a toy story alarm clock and george pig hot water bottle cover for the kids but that was it. I even managed to get a few of the £15 st tropez sets , which i was made up with for £3.75! i got the last four that were right at the back of the bottom shelf , they'll keep me going for a bit. i love st tropez!0

I've just had a weird but funny day , popped into Asda 1st to pick up my £1 bra's and got 2 of the 50p photo pens and my free Dettol surface cleaner with coupon while I was in there , 2012 kids Annuals were scanning @ £2 not 10p which I read somewhere?
Anyway , went to the SMALL Boots on Clapham Junction High St and just got 3 of the vits and 3 shots and the SA was onto it and did something to the tills when he scanned the shots through so got NOTHING off my shop and had to PAY  around a pound for my 3 vits! lol
Good thing I didn't get 15! :rotfl:
Got 2 of the Mark Hill smooth and straight sets and some face flannel lollies which was ALL they had in there really , just one TINY shelf!
THEN I REMEMBERED , don't know how I could forget that there was a HUGE Boots right next door to Asda ( I must have walked past it even! ) so popped in there and the shelf was practically EMPTY , grabbed a few bits eg a Kiss me quick set , Scarlett & Crimson set , 2 different Bobbypin sets , a Union Jack mug and a Chilli Pepper set and 'spent' my points on them so all for free but then just HAD to have the Fearne Make up set for myself for £6.25 of cold hard CASH! lol...
Then.... on my way to get my £1 No7 Hair protector I saw there was ANOTHER WHOLE AISLE of sale stuff which I didn't see behind the other one! :rotfl:
Had a look as it had MORE than the other aisle but NOT MUCH so still pleased with my few bits...
Got another No7 voucher too of course!! SA said it was very busy this morning ( I got there around 4pm ) only a few people in there leisurely buying 1 or 2 bits one lady didn't even know about the sale  lol But then NOR DID I till this year actually so don't know where I've BEEN and can see why people go mad for it , but am happy to just go for a leisurely shop each year and save up my points for it!!
Went Tkmaxx and got 2 x mini bath salt tubs for 30p each , a nice handbag mirror for 30p , 2 x pairs pink Pringle socks for 50p each , a Real Shaving Co little set for £1 and a nice Noa Noa top for £3
So all in all spent just £15 today which is not bad and am off for a cheap curry now & bringing my own 25p Bavaria beer!;)

Chelmer Village Retail Park, Chelmsford
Don't bother! Almost a wasted journey at 2.30pm which was the earliest I could get anyone to watch the littlies for an hour. Shelves were almost bare. The only stuff left really was Project D bags in different sizes. Managed to get one S&G set (tin), but did have a look at the childrens clothes and the girls pink furry slipper boots which were £8 and have had 1/3 off recently had finally gone down to half price, so got a pair each for DD's 1&2 for next winter, just hope they don't have massive growth spurts!
For those that have been to High Chelmer, did you leave anything for the rest of us? lol! Am contemplating rushing in before work tomorrow but don't want to have another wasted trip!0 -
Well done to everyone who braved the crazy stores! I got some great bits today, fcuk, soap and glory men's and women's, sanctuary etc. I found they'd put out more than the day before when I went on my scout out! Got there for 8, was in work by 8.30 (earlier than usual!). It was all very civilised, as I have always found it to be. See everyone next year!!0
