Been to edinburgh princes street today, got the no7 stuff my mum wanted, some S&G and other bits for me
There was no foodie tuff at all which was kind of disappointing, but that is what I get for being lazy this morning I suppose. Stuff including dove and mini perfumes were still being brought out by staff.
Cameron toll had a lot of sanctuary stuff and a few other bits left at about 3.30.Thanks to everyone who posts competitions0 -
Thankyou so much to everyone that posted
Have been following this thread for a week (can't even remember how I came across it!!!) Had me totally engrossed, was checking it every few hours.. some of the posts have had me in stitches..
Anyway I went to the sale this morning for the 1st time - managed to get a few bits and peices I wanted (mainly sanctuary stuff) but to be honest hadn't planned it very well...Didnt know what my store had/turned up late, and not enough room on the buggy to shove everything I wanted..
Next year I will be taking my blue ikea bags to use as baskets and keep my xmas catologue to familirize myself with the gift sets/make a list of what I want/need for myself/gifts for other people (I was trying to think of all these things as I was going around wasting precious grabbing time..:rotfl:) I will also throw anything I am considering buying into bags and then go through it all when I am done and put back anything I don't want (saw some people doing this today!!)
So nice to come across some fellow bargain hunters (all my friends/family are sick of me going on about my great deals lol!) so decided to take the plunge and sign up so I can share stuff I would usually witter to them about! thanks again everyone x0 -

Hiya,
I went to colchester at 8:30 ish this morning I managed to get a few bits but it was going quick. They still have some stuff there though mainly the boots own make sets like white stuff, royal jelly ect... there wasn't many toys and there was some ladies totally clearing all of them so I doubt there will be any toys unless they have any waiting out the back to be put out. They may have stock out the back but when I was there it was so busy they wouldn't have been able to re-stock. My childminder went in later in the day and said it was really busy but still some bits there. There was a small amount of s&g tins and mens s&g but that had pretty much gone when I left at 9:15 hope this HTH0 -
Has anyone been to Cardiff late in the day, was much left on the shelves, if so what were they?0

Went to Bournemouth at half nine loads of stuff there in an out in an hour spent 100 so well pleased, carrying it back was the tough bit!Received £2,626.00 in PPI -2013:j
Received £1400 charges - 2006:j0 -
I couldn't resist popping in after work. Hardly anything left. Picked up a couple of sanctuary sets and Poppy King Crackers. Also got Bobbypin set for niece.
But just as I was going up the escalator two ladies in front of me had some items and then just put them on a shelf as they were returns so I managed to get a mans smellies kit, frontcover makeup palette, a sanctuary overnight bag and a Cranberry treats bag. Then I went to pay at the till and a lady was putting a few things behind there to put out so in addition I ended up with Ted Baker set and a No7 make up palette set. The SA asked if I wanted the 17 set as well or any of the other items but was happy with my lot.
Fantastic bearing in mind the shelves were virtually empty and the SA said they were inundated when they opened, you couldn't move and people were walking out with 8 to 10 carrier bags each.0 -
No lindt santas
But quite alot of other stuff, s&g tins, hello kitty, lipsy, was quite surprised at the amount still left, lots of people too but everyone was quite polite, no pushing or grabbing. I didn't actually buy anything myself though as there is no boys stuff or anything I wanted. Hope this helps!:)
Thanks Ang,
Just to let peeps in the Bristol area know, Broadmead shelves were being cleared by the second, the queue was huge!! I wouldn't think there'd be much left tomorrow.
Bedminster had literally nothing! Not worth a visit unless you want gift tags
So all in all a very pointless visit but never mind!:rotfl:'There are people who have money and people who are rich' :heart2: Coco Chanel0 -

Went to my local boots at about 10 with a friend, it wasn't very busy, and there was stacks of stuff left still.
Everyone was really polite! I bought a few birthday presents for my boyfriend and a few bits for my brothers and mum.
Managed to get myself a Soap & Glory set which I really wanted so I'm very happy =]
