That we will.
We could have Shed Tetris challenges too.
Anyone interested in forming a group to patrol the streets of Sarf London at 4am as a sort of rescue party/vigilante force to fetch him back?Miggy

Mr B is not posting. The reference to Kindle titles in an earlier post probably gave him a scare about losing his anonymity. But he may well be lurking. I hope so. If you are lurking Mr B. you will no doubt be aware of how much you are missed and how much people appreciate what you have contributed to the forums. Thank you.0

That way you'll be able to stack up on the carbs which in turn "should" give you more energy to exercise.. It's really hard to get back on track once you have had a Festive break! Nightmare even
The orange juice will only add to your sweet cravings..try and eat whole fruits which bulk you up a wee bit more with the flesh & fibre.
Think you have me mixed upNever been to any classes but will eat the fruit instead of the juice.
On a completely different note, £27.79 added to my pot, as I have finally managed to sell something on ebay! Everything I put up seems to go unsold. 2 Items, a phone and a car cd face cover that was lying in a bag gathering dust. I realised I had the box for the phone with all the accessories which probably what pushed the price up!
I also have another phone finishing soon with 6 watchers but no bids as yet so hopefully I can report another sale soon.Free stuff is GOOD stuff0 -

Actually, it's getting really worrying. Hopefully he's not in any trouble. It's amazing how you can get attached to a stranger dude.
Anyhow, I think tomorrow, I start on this diet malarkey properly. I'm going in for the kill. These two stones are coming off once and for all. I've also got some ebaying to do this weekend. Tried loads of surveys but they don't seem to want me. So January so far is a bit of a wash out!!DEBT LBM-3.10.2011Total debt-6800  09.09.13-zero

Evening all - things have been a bit hectic and still are. Just trundled on tonight to see what was going on and realised that because I'd deleted my signature, and, in a completely unrelated move - cleared out most of my webspace (where the big spreadsheet list was being hosted), it must have looked like I'd vanished off the face of the earth. I haven't, but am mainly struggling with a backlog of work and the total bloody insanity of listing 100 records at once and having to parcel off 31 of them in the morning. It's brilliant to see the momentum and success you guys are having, and I hope to be back on that trail soon - as I'm sure will Mrs B. I have a more pressing deadline coming up - the start of April sees the return of the mother-in-law and so both financial and physical shape have to be better by then...
Fully anticipate getting everything (including lists) back up and running by this time next week so until then, keep on keeping on.2011: 301k in debt and morbidly obese (DFW)
