Up to £22/£200. Haven't weighed myself so far this week, will wait until Monday now. I wouldn't be surprised if I have put on weight as I am still over-scoffing and attending sister's wedding on Saturday. Healthy eating must start on Sunday, as I am feeling so sluggish and my jeans really cut into my stomach when I sit down.
And I am not buying a bigger pair!

Wonder if everyone agrees that they could update their own signature with weight loss and money ,would be a shame if mr b came back and had to read each post to update this way he just has to check the bottom of the most recnt posts .just an idea???????

Well, I haven't lost any weight, but haven't been trying. I have 2 weeks left in my current job so with all the hassle of trying to get stuff finished I haven't had much time for exercise.
On the plus side, when I start my new job next month I'll likely be car sharing which will involve a central pick up/drop off point and I'll therefore have some built-in exercise every day with the walk to work.
Hopefully the week off I have between finishing my current job and starting my new one will also give me some time for exercise.
I'm doing a bit better on the money side. I now have £83.48 saved and that will be boosted as soon as I can get hold of moneybookers/skrill on the phone tomorrow to tell them their password retrieval page keeps crashing! Once I'm logged in to that, my lovely pennies will be withdrawn to my savings account so that should be boosted by another £40 or so.
Thanks again to Mr B for keeping the spreadsheet updated.0 -

I managed to resist so far but don't know if I have much will power left.
I haven't been ridiculous with the diet only cutting back on 500 cals but for some reason I am struggling this week. I have successfully lost 3 and half stone over the past 18 months doing this and never had any problem with it but it seems to be I am finding it hard to get back into after a 2 weeks festive "diet holiday".
I'm having the same problem, I was going great guns and now I'm flat.
Having said all that, are you sure you're not already within your healthy weight range? You've lost such a lot of weight already you should be really proud of what you've achieved so far. Perhaps we're all suffering from SAD or post Christmas blues. I dunno. Just wish I could stop eating biscuits. I've quit the alcohol but the sugar is still calling me, just in another form.DEBT LBM-3.10.2011Total debt-6800  09.09.13-zero

Stayed The Same for the second week running which is really frustrating. I have been going to bootcamp 3 times a week ,so I'm hoping it may be that muscle increasing fat reducing slightly, and muscle weighs heavier or am I dellusional, as I feel like I've lost weight, scales just not budging.
On the money front no more to add as yet, but I am due a fair bit extra payment for overtime in December, when I get paid at the end of the month.DFW Nerd 1394.

I thought I was the only one who couldn't find the spreadsheet...triple_choc_chip wrote: »Has anyone else noticed that not only has Mr B disappeared but so has the spreadsheet - I just flicked through all the pages and couldn't see it at all.
...hoping all that's happened is that MrB printed it out on cardboard and is struggling under the weight of it, but in the light of the Kindle titles disappearing as well, I am wondering if the mighty hand of MSE has been at work.
Come back Mr B - we loves you!Wonder if everyone agrees that they could update their own signature with weight loss and money ,would be a shame if mr b came back and had to read each post to update this way he just has to check the bottom of the most recnt posts .just an idea???????
This is a good idea, but if I may take it further, may I suggest we post not only updates but also end posts on this thread with a running total, or add it into signatures? I would hate to have to update the last week's spreadsheet, it's a very big job to wade through all the posts.Miggy

Totally agree that updates in signatures is enough so it saves MrB trawling through so many posts....this thread is really helping to keep me focused on the target though...:j
Keep up all the good work folks:T:T0
