2012 not got off to a good start. I really havent been able to get back into the routine of my ELMM diet because of extraneous circumstances which has also effected any money saving aspriations. However pleased to say weight has remained same which has to be better than going up and hopefully this week I will make time to look at the money side of thingsBe the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

12 hours OT today, plus won a tenner in last nights lottery
It's amazing how the OT builds up - seeing it written down motivates me to keep doing more!Search for Crunchy's Debt Deletion Diary... Updated daily (ish...)Challenges 2012:Sealed Pot 5: #15832 Stone / 2 Grand / 4 Months: Start 02/01/12 - 0st 6lb / £1028.47 - End 01/05/120 -
Yeah my stomach's in agony, but that's cos I'm still eating like it's Christmas. Honestly, I will start this diet any day now, I just have to wake up in the mood!! I'm in a bit of a dilemma, if I step on the scales and see I've gained half a stone will I give up or will it give me the kick up the proverbial I need? What if I've gained a stone? Agggghhh!!!
On the money saving front, 11.20 in coupons and haggled for the charges to be lifted off my barclaycard so that's another 12.00 saving. 23.20 total. I've got overtime due to me end of this month. Will add when received.
Kitting the kids out in ski gear has caused my card to be declined for 3.99 worth of batteries.....yesterday wasn't a great day. Hence despite conditioned hair and matching underwear, still ate my bodyweight in tuna mayo sandwiches come the eveningDEBT LBM-3.10.2011Total debt-6800  09.09.13-zero

Morning.
Back up to 23stone which is no surprise seeing as this last week the only thing lower on my list of priorities than weightloss was moneysaving.
Worked out cashflow to mean that all things being equal I would end the month with 39p to put towards my total - however things are coming out before things are coming in and so had to go on a hunt around the house - managed to acquire £9.65 in change (mostly from Mrs B's purse), a cheque for £12.91 and a £10 High Street Voucher. This should mean I can pay for some of the eBay postage by cash tomorrow and the wolves will be kept on the other side of the door scaring the neighbours rather than us. We have managed to get through til this point in the month without touching a credit card - which is unheard of for us, next month we'll aim to get through til the 18th before diving in. Also appear to have sold 3 books on Kindle somehow this week so that'll be another 75p in royalties that might one day reach me. Off to visit friends and go for a walk on the beach later. Am somehow going to subtly combine this with scouring any open charity shops / skips for useful stuff without the missus noticing. Would love to come back with a chunk of cardboard and a Sinclair ZX80 computer. Fingers crossed....2011: 301k in debt and morbidly obese (DFW)

If only you were closer Mr B - I have 6 brand new cardboard packing boxes I am just about to chuck out from one of our btl's which is empty, I thought of you immediately. Not quite up to the windscreen wrapping standard, but v good nonetheless :rotfl:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
