I've tried bagless, panasonic and vax, but got fed up with having to dismantle and try and clean all the parts of manky stuck on household dust. I just dont get this bagless feature anymore. I now have Henry, and when he is full I chuck the bag out, put a new bag in and its as good as new again, well worth the 50p or whatever for the bag vs messing about with water, fairy liquid etc to try and get parts cleaned. Sadly my wife managed to break one of his wheels off ! so he limps along now.0

Miele. After Vax, Dyson & whatever else Ive bought a Miele & its great. I looked it up on which (to see which they liked best) & they liked the Miele. Having said that Ivew seen Henrys used by commercial cleaners, so they must be good.0

I look at some of the Sebo upright vac's in shops and they look like something from the 1970's!
I wonder who would buy them? It seems many do from this forum.
Their cylinder ones are more modern looking. If my post hasn't helped you, then don't click the 'Thanks' button!0 -

another vote for Sebo here :j
We where a little weary of its 'looks' (im 24) when we where shown them. I had never even heard of Sebo before, so i googled on my phone and found that they are very popular in the catering / hotel industry because they are built like tanks.
after urming and arring the manager let me take a sebo felix home (if i left them proof of address & £50 refundable deposit).
Took it home for the weekend and was blown away by how well it cleans!
our old dyson really could not cut it anymore and the sebo really is fantastic!Mortgage free wannabe!
Total mortgage = £106k
Monthly payments = £523
Extra monthly Payments = £500
Total extra paid in 2012 = £5000
