    Hi all,
    V

Re fab friday - would love to participate but not sure cleaning dog bed, toilet and kitchen floor goes well with nice clothes.:rotfl:Friday is usually clean up for the weekend day.:)

You've still got Friday evening,:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: - if you've got any energy left.

    Hope doggy is better soon.

evilsquid - your dress sounds lovely :)

thank you! i went round all the "normal" bridal shops and they jut had bog standard dresses they wanted nearly a grand for and were insisting i was "too late" and cz i didn't have a year i'd have to pay more to get it "sooner" than 6 months away when i only had 2 months to go. then i found a little shop that did custom dresses for half he price in a month :)

having my hot water and lemon. was expecting lemon juice to be a SW syn but apparently its free :) suppose that gives me no excuse not to do it now.

off to rejoin the gym later - wish me luck!

Well showed, exfoliated and moisturised today but just feeling a bit miserable and wonder what the point of trying is, im never going to be someone who turns heads, no matter how much fabbing I do.

Just one of those days I suppose, still going out though.
(((HUG))) You just put how I'm feeling, only better articulated than I'd have managed. I'm putting mine down to the transition from one anti-d to another.
Last night, Mr LW suggested going to the pub, and I just burst into tears! How daft is that?!

Come on, fmw, let's pick ourselves up and head onwards towards fab-dom.:o

At least I managed to brush my hair this morning, albeit with much swearing and cussing!:rotfl:

ETA sorry to be dense, but please would someone tell me what shredding and rollerderming are?:o TIA. You can tell I'm a novice at this stuff!:D
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

    Morning everyone.

Will catch up on the thread later.
    Have a good day everyone.

We have all felt this way from time to time that's the joy of being human. As for not turning heads I doubt that very much, a cheery smile and a twinkly eye is enough to turn heads :D

Fabbing done today: skincare, green smoothie
Fabbing to do: exercise, body brush

I'll definitely be taking part on friday :j I never wear my nice clothes, but I'm the opposite of most people that I hate baggy clothes and would happily walk around dressed like Mr Motivator :rotfl: I love comfy stretchy fleecey clothes and everyday I wear 3 or 4 layers of vests, leotards and tops with some fleecey legging/sweatpants, fluffy socks, uggs and fluffy jumpers or coats. Not wearing uggs and wearing something that isn't stretchy will be my challenge :o
Living cheap in central London :rotfl:
  • Findingmyway - we can all be fab just by being more confident in ourselves and inhow we carry ourselved. Act as if you are the best thing since sliced bread, as if you are the most gorgeous person on earth - and just see the difference!

    I have been
    - cleansing in the morning and evening
    - actually showered and changed before I even woke up kids for school !!
    - did 15 mins on wii fit with kids yesterday and 20 mins of squats, running etc during biggest loser on tuesday
    - bought some clothes on tuesday afternoon in a size 16 - was tempted to try an 18 but stopped myself as I will soon be a 14 :-)
    - also been nicer to my DH and cooked healthier meals for all of us
    - keeping on top of housework so i will have a fab house to live in too...

    Morning everyone!

I thought of some more Bs :D
Boobs- Evening Primrose Oil for sore boobs and PMT, works a treat to reduce aches and is very cheap from HB, Lidl, Wilko etc

Bums- Sitting at a desk all day or watching telly? Do bum squeezes! Squeeze your bum cheeks and hold for 2 seconds then relax, do it as many times as you can then relax for a few minutes and do it again.
    [

    Thanks for those.

Re Boobs would just give you all a gentle reminder. Remember to check yourself every now and then, any unexplained lumps or changes, puckering of the nipple, discharge of the nipple. But you all know that and do it don't you. ;)

    Bi-carb

Apart from the usual uses in the house bi-carb is also a useful beauty product too.

As an antiperspirant - just combine equal quanities bi-carb and cornflour.

As an exfoliant - just add to a spot of water or your cleansing lotion/cream

As a dry shampoo - for a quick refresh if your hair is a bit greasy

I'm sure there are loads more uses too.

    Banana Face Mask

    About 1/4 banana
    1 teas runny honey
    drop of cream or yogurt

Lovely pick me up for dry, stressed skin.
  • I just want to say thank you for all the words of encouragement and support. Sorry I really don't mean to be such a debbie downer. Its just one of those days I suppose :o

LW - yes lets keep on trying, one day at a time. We will get there eventually I hope.
plzhelpmesave - you are absolutely right about confidence, those people who think they are amazing are always the ones to attract attention, no matter what they look like. Pity you can't buy confidence at Mr T :rotfl:
Rummer - thanks, I will try and smile more often :D
Leson Learned - very true about it not being a sprint, just one of those days though, when you cringe when you look in the mirror.

Thank you again for all the kind words :o

    1 teaspoon runny honey
    Drop warm water

    Leave 10 mins

Tones and tightens skin giving a rested "lift"

Time for lunch and then a rest.

B is for Broth - or lovely pot of soup. Great way of using up the veg most of us have after the festivities. Warm and welcoming to come back to after a day at work or day out. Tailor it towards your diet regime or personal preference. Your main course can then be a quick but tasty salad. More time available for fabbing.:D
