I think the 3 month one would be a good idea too - gives us some short term goals to aim for with a view to the longer term.
Just back from swimming - another 50 lengths done:j
Faster time too - glad I went now - had to drag myself there but it turned out better than expected:)0 -
3 mths is fineTeamwork means.......never having to take all the blame yourself0

Ok it would see consensus is 3 months, which I agree with, short term goals and all that. Right I'll write myself a note to make sure I start the thread tomorrow when I get chanceI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knife

Perhaps when its all up and running we could all start off with posting a few (maybe 3 or 4) acheivable short term goals?
Not the lose 6 stone in 3 weeks type  but things that will actually make us feel better, look better and be enjoyable.
I'll mull mine over tonight and post them tomorrow - may even inspire me to do them! Also would be good to see what others may be thinking to see if we can steal ideas from each other?
Oh and almost forgot - massive thank you to Bitsy for volunteering:T:T:T0 -
Glad that the frump to fab is carrying on and thanks Bitsy for starting it, feel like I've just found my feet finally.
I will make a list of targets as well tomorrow.
WW - there is defo alot more panting and grunting on level 2 and abit of swearing as well, well when I can get my breathe back lol.
PP - I'm so pleased that I've managed to get to level 2 can't quite beleive it myself, was totally unfit when I started.
I am finding now that I'm exercising that I'm more mindful about what I'm eating, the shred is really hard work and I don't want to spoil that by eating a load of junk. I do have to watch the carbs though as I don't think I had enough today I was very light headed when I got home.Chiari Brain Malformation - decompression survivor
