I have de hardened feet, exfoliated, facemasked, defuzzed and an application of glow to build up slowly in case the sun reappears this week.

Exercise plan for me this week is light due to heavy assignment work load after work. Its the minimum of dog walking and stepper this week with a little bit of yoga.

One more lb lost :j so 7lbs in 4 weeks. Really chuffed with this, I'd still like to lose another stone and a half but its a good start.

Hope everyone else is having a good day, beautiful sunshine up here in the North :)

Don't know how I've done it, have tried to be really careful but I've managed to pull my back again. :( So it's a fairly easy day for me again today. Don't think I can even manage the yoga stretches but will do the posture exercise.

Took DD2 to see the lady with the horse who has said she can go a couple of times a week. She hasn't had horses for as long as I thought but she is much more clued up than the woman with the unsuitable horse and has the well being of the horses at heart. DD did have a little ride and the horse was lovely so hopefully this will be a more suitable set up for her.

    Have a good day everyone.

    Hi all,

adelight - give yourself more credit hun, you've had a lot to deal with and any fabbing fitted in there is a bonus x

Hewie - so sorry to hear about your dad, hope he's improving now he's home x

ww - I would definately measure as well as weigh in if you're doing the shred, when I was doing it I found I lost a lot of inches :) well done on the swimming, must admit I haven't been for years, might have a look in the next few weeks and see if I can dig out my cossie or something :o

rachel - well done on the weight loss :j

lizzie - aww, that sucks about your back :( is it worth trying the drs again, were you meant to be getting physio on it? good news about the horse though, if she managed to have a ride first time sounds like it's going to be a lot more suitable for her.

Anyway, had quite a nice weekend, despite the horrendous weather we've had here (of course, it's sunshine today now I'm back to work :rotfl:). We had a choir concert on Sat night, went really well, was just a small church and really nice crowd, everyone seemed just to be relaxed and really enjoyed it. Went to the pub for a few after so a good night. Sun went to see the Avengers (finally! have been meaning to for months) and really enjoyed it. Must admit didn't get a lot of work done but OH is out tonight so will have the house to myself and hopefully can get something done then :)

    Hello everybody,

Yesterday was difficult in terms of "fabbing", probably due to Fathers Day and how it affected my mind. So allsorts of efforts to make better choices to deal with the day such as house "fabbing" and a nice bath with a new soap which was a present. Otherwise, I would have lapsed into a day of doing and feeling all those "frumpy" things. Today, still a challenge to overcome all those "frumpy" choices which are so much "easier" but yet devastating. Constantly, searching for a healthier path to take!

Thanks for the recent posts. (WelshWoofer and all those swimming lengths sounded really good).

Well done on the weightloss! Half a stone is a brilliant amount to lose.:T

Usual Monday madness at work but will rise above it.:)
I have managed to be good foodwise so far today so will try to keep this up with tea. Not sure what to have yet but will scour the fridge and cupboards in a minute.
And of course its Shred day so will do a bit of exercise as well as the hours dog walking done so far. Pod - I will try to remember to measure myself - still haven't done it.

Not a lot to report otherwise - just plodding along really:p

    Lots of them.

Good sleep helps us to lead healthy lives full of Zest

Well ladies - it's almost the Solstice and it's time for me to make my fond farewells to you all.

Looking back over the last 18 months - when the first Frump to Fab was born - I've come a long way. I feel stronger, healthier and ready to get back out there and start my life again.

I want to thank you for listening to me rabbit on, for supporting and encouraging me and for just being my friends.

You are a great bunch of gals. :D:D:D

I finally have my old Zest for life back and it is no small way down to your help and support.

It won't be plain selling. Life never follows a straight and easy path - it Zigs and Zags back and forth.

But............that's the fun - you never know what's coming next;).

I think I've finally reached a state of Zen like calm and serenity. I'm ready to face what lies ahead.

Ladies I wish you all - each and every one of you - every success and happiness on your journey.

Good-bye and God Bless you all.

    And ..............finally..................Always

LL - are you leaving us forever? Noooo!
I'd hoped we'd have a new thread for the next 6 months or so and you'd be with us there too?

Have been to dr's and they've said it's muscular (which is what I thought) so just take pain killers and back strengthening exercises.

LL am sorry you're saying fond farewells :(

Lizzie hope your back improves ASAP xxx

Rachel well done on the WL :T

    Hugs for everyone else.

Had a lovely weekend in north Devon. Weather awful Saturday, much improved on Sunday so we went to the beach :D
Fabbing has been zero so planning on some OCM and maybe a bicarb scrub to clear off the dead cells. Gosh how attractive does that sound :rotfl:
