LL - Sending you and hubby healing vibes and all my best wishes x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

De-lurking to send hugs and get well vibes to LL and her lovely hubby xxxx hope he's OK xxxx

Morocha welcome and I second what the others said, you are trying to do too much, 2 hours at the gym?? Slow down a bit and I recommend going back to the Drs. do not be fobbed off saying mums are generally tired. I had terrible anaemia due to my monthlies so much so that iron supplements couldn't keep up. Go get yourself checked out xxxx

Just a quickie to say that I've tried a new hair dye today - Garnier Nutrisse (the one that Davina bangs on about) and I must say I'm quite pleased with it.
Was fairly easy to apply, has made my hair nice and shiny and soft and it smells nice.
It was cheaper than the other one I use and has so far given better results (we'll see how long the colour lasts).

The diet has also started in earnest - I weighed this morning and would like to lose 1 stone in total to put me at my optimum weight (for me, not from charts). I'm going to be realistic and say that my aim is 7lbs off by the end of April. I'm roughly following SW again as its worked for me before, so fingers crossed.

Still thinking of you and OH LL. xx

first two weeks in WW have gone well and the weather is spurring me on too, it also makes me want to pamper myself more which is always a good thing!

ive always looked after my nails but ive never worn coloured nail varnish but treated myself to some fab pastel colours in the boots 3 for 2 and must say i rather like my nails at the mo!

Hope all is well with everyone

WW I have no idea who Davina is, but Garnier Nutrisse is the make of colour I've used for donkeys' ages, and always been satisfied with the result:o The only reason I have to re-colour is for root regrowth, which would happen with any colour.:o
