With all this vinegar floating about youre then going to smell like a fish and chip shop.:rotfl::rotfl:
Next time, get a female cat...................make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
The vinegar won't have any scent once it's evaporated, thank goodness.
Plus, female cats have been known to spray, too0 -
I use 1001 pet stain remover for ferret 'accidents' on the carpet - should work for cat pee too! I get it from Wilkinson and it isn't overly expensive - a few quid a bottle.Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0

Fill it with cat litter, put it in a plastic bag surrounded by more cat litter, and it should hopefully absorb a lot of the smell.
And remember, he only did it because he loves youA kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
Hello, definately try the vinegar and water solution. I found these instructions on a website recently and tried them on our floor where the cat had peed a couple of weeks ago:
Mix 3 parts vinegar to 1 part water and clean the area. Let dry.
Mix 1 part vineger to 3 parts water, clean, then let dry.
Dampen the area again with water, sprinkle with bicarbonate of soda and let dry, the hoover the powder off (although I'm not sure how this would work on a laptop bag!).
This is the only thing that has ever worked for me - the smell has gone completely and I'm very happy!0 -
Not sure how to clean your duvet but I used to breed cats and the females love to wee on the bed. Contact the CPL who may be able to help with the cost of spaying. It will stop the weeing in inappropriate places as cats can come into season every three weeks. Biological washing powder is the best thing for getting rid of smells.

Yeah, i never raised a pup but i am about to, think there will be crates and baby gates here tooBlackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0 -
My cat has done this several times. Had no problem washing it in machine at home, and leaving to dry over bannister or outside.
A good tip is to put a tennis ball in the wash it hits the feathers and stops them clumping up. HTHPawpurrs x0 -
I've merged these both with the main cat pee thread

A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men
