I cant find anything that says they give you 5 things to do and you have to etc,but have heard of lots of people getting this deal.Ive worked in engineering for 34yrs and i can tell you this pile of crap has not been tailor made for individual needs"sounds good" but its all spin.
The 5 jobs so she told me was set by the JC and she just copes and pastes my email onto my file every week. One job a day Tuesday to Monday and I email it at mid night so she picks it up on Tuesday and I just get a 2 line copied and paste reply from her.
When I had my assesment back in August I was told to list all the direct applications I made (so its up to 15 A4 pages) and they were going to call the companies to see if my application was looked at and if there was anything they could do or so to get me in for an interview. That never happened as I 'got lost' in the system and they scrapped that idea.0 -

Not to mention how undermining that is for the applicant that they need someone to follow up their application, or be seen as a distrustful person to make sure they made the application. I really don't agree with this and I think you should have the right to tell them that you do not want them undermining you any further!0 -

so the activity in my case is the 5 days a week. Along with still look on retail websites which I do each week in bulk nothing else is set for me now as like I have said what I did for them for the 6 mths I wasn't seen was far too much for them to cope with.0 -
donnajunkie wrote: »well in that case if they are only mandating you to a minimum of 5 you cant grumble. however if the jobseekers agreement does say 6 i would do at least 6 for them.
I do the 100-150 for the Job Centre.0
