As I'm nigh on certain they fraudulently signed docs in my namefor the end of mine of which they had no involvement in, I'd be inclined to let them believe you're doing something totally different...that way when they try and take credit hopefully it'll backfire and land them in the **** for claiming against stuff not entitled to.

Or alternatively just say (verbally) you're claiming and can't be bothered to go in make them go through the motions of trying to sanction etc
