They will change things as time goes by and when it suits them,if you !!!! them off or dont comply with something on the WP they will try and impose it upon you, more of the you have to do this, etc etc blah blah blah.So its best to be up on the game unless you want to be doing stuff you neednt be doing.0

I want to know why I have to just apply for 5 jobs a week as they say they have no time to read all that I am really applying for and the jobs I chase with feedback, the retail sites I look at, the online accounts set up with various companies to get job alerts, agencies chased and speculative applications sent.
I also want to know how they think they can help me when they have told me they can't as the WP is not meant for people who have worked for 20+ years.
Also the WP is meant to be tailor made for each and every person and people talk of action plans and I don't have one.
I have wrote to the DWP before I started the WP to ask what help there was for me and all they said and kept saying was look on this link etc and now I am so fed up I sent a letter to Iain Duncan Smith and Chris Grayling asking them what the WP should be doing for me and if they even knew what it was they have invented.0 -

Whilst saying they are mandatory. When they are sometimes not.0 -
Also my adviser who I have seen only once knows nothing about me and even asked me if I was made redundant. I would have thought back in August when I had my assesment that someone would sit down with you like they do at an agency and talk over your CV and talk about the work you want and what they could really do for you.
The BDC person they have who is meant to be calling the 23 companies I had to list for them has never met me, never spoken to me so I have no idea how she is meant to talk to employers about me. I even know she has not contacted any of them since I have done the job for her and got half a dozen replies and none of them mentioned having my CV before.0 -
Is that the link? You said it will tell me everything I need to know?

I totally agree with everything you say.As for the list of 5 things thats going to be a bit of their own crap agenda,at their so called discretion,it takes ages to read through that site, its upto you what you want totake from it as everyone i slooking for different answers etc.
I cant find anything that says they give you 5 things to do and you have to etc,but have heard of lots of people getting this deal.Ive worked in engineering for 34yrs and i can tell you this pile of crap has not been tailor made for individual needs"sounds good" but its all spin.0 -
