Depends on who gets to deal with your query....if its a jobsworth then you could be in trouble and if they refer it to a decision maker then a sanction is likely0 -
Start again? The JC never started at all as far as I am concerned. All I did was sign on and that was it. No help at all.Because JCP staff have to effectively 'start again' with WP completers and this means referring them to all suitable provision including national careers service for careers advice, if applicable.We’ve had to remove your signature. Because they are stupid & incompetent and have to do something with all these appointments creating activity as if they are doing something worthwhile.so after 2 years on the WP you have been out of work for near on 3 years so why now would anyone give careers advice now? Makes no sense at all but then are we surprised

Yeah 3 times a week is overkill, weekly signing is bad enough! im sure i will be sanctioned soon as the direction i had last Wednesday to ring every job that i have applied for and ask why i haven't heard anything :P
