The post Work Programme thing is more intense for those who want to know what its like.

I am back to signing on weekly and i had to visit the Jobcentre twice last week and 3 appointments this week

just got my first appointment at the jobcentre for the end of the month. the information regarding what its about on the letter sounds fine. however when it talks about if you cant make an appointment thats a different matter. it says let them know if you cant make an appointment and they will try and rearrange it for you. it then says if they cant rearrange it you will be sanctioned if you dont turn up. so basically they are going to do people over and say they cant rearrange it arent they.
it also seems to be decribing signing on as jobsearch review days and it seems to say you only need to bring your evidence to an appointment if its a jobsearch review day. so once a fortnight.

are you sure it says we can re arrange then IF we cant you will be sanctioned?

So that don't make sense

You have said if you cant go tomorrow and you tell them they will TRY to re arrange but if they cant the apt stands and you will be sanctioned

Like I said what does it say word for word as I cant believe it says that

More like IF they re arrange and you then call in again to say you cant make it then you will be sanctioned

I should add that I have NEVER signed anything at the job centre, not a single thing. So...did they have permission to even send my details to the work programme?

Yes and the WP will contact you etc

And what about Data protection? They are an outside company.
