I never did either. All I said is they do a lot more then just the WP. Who even knows if the other part of what they all do makes them any £? None of us know that?! The WP could make them go bust! Shame!

Everyone can get a hardship payment then can they? How much is it? As much as JSA?

Why then am I signing on if I can apply for a non stop hardship payment?
you didnt read everything i said. i said if people have a partner with an income or savings they wouldnt get it. they are the main things that cause people to not get it. also on your last point dont be silly. hardship is for those who dont have any other means of support and they have usually been sanctioned.

so I could just turn up to the WP , tell them to stuff it, get a sanction and then get a hardship payment? Wow sounds very easy.

I will declare myself bankrupt and no need to sign on then as all the £ I get goes to pay my bills. No bills no need to sign then I am no better or worse than I am now.
doesnt it cost £500 to declare yourself bankrupt? also i doubt people could get out of their responsibilities with the jc by declaring themselves bankrupt coz there would be alot of people doing it.

I have no idea how mcuh it costs but like I say all my money goes on bills and if I didn't have them to pay I wouldn't need the money as I am not buying anything at all for myself or going anywhere so if I didn't need the £71 I wouldn't need to sign on.
