Why then am I signing on if I can apply for a non stop hardship payment?

does anyone know if they ask for proof of your job searches? only i the majority of mine are done the companies websites or over the phone...

i doubt this very much. the jobcentre dont expect them to pay travel out of their profits. the paperwork no doubt gets forwarded to dwp every month or every 6 months and they get a payment in return to cover whatever the total is. why do you think when people question why they have to show a proof they always say its the jobcentres rules.
as far as the receipt point goes i suggest you read everything i posted in relation to the point today again.

no they do not say its the JC rules at all.

I will declare myself bankrupt and no need to sign on then as all the £ I get goes to pay my bills. No bills no need to sign then I am no better or worse than I am now.

well like i said you need to realise thats better than being hassled alot like some people are.
