well done, keep it up! steady weight loss is apparently the best way to do it! i want to get another 6lbs off, but it is tough to eat well at weekends and i feel like boozing!!!Save 12k in 2014 (my target: £10 000):
My savings: £4878.54/£7000
Joint account savings: £2685.57/£3000

Great news on you getting the job GR.
I have been AWOL for a few weeks from here and MFP. Bad back, miserable cold/flu thing - stuffing my face with comfort food and chocolate instead while feeling sorry for myself. On the plus side I haven't put on any weight but haven't lost any either as I can't really exercise. The back is still playing up even with pain killers so it could be a while yet before I'm back on track.0 -
Thanks
I do not seem to be able to shift any more weight, been as I am for like 2 weeks or so now....
NOt a very happy bunny0 -
Had a gig tonight.
Started the day well. Continued with water and diet drinks beforehand.
But more than made up for it by hitting the JD afterwards.
Erghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
But at least I was too wobbly to make it to the kebab shop.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
Sod it, 35 over but gonna have another chocolate slimfast (223 cal) sighhhh0

I can't seem to shift anymore weight even with going to gym 2-3 times a week. But then again I'm not as strict as I was. I can diet and lose weight, but I can't diet my whole life. I'm trying to find a way to eat things I like and lose weight. I've shifted about half a stone since Christmas, but that's it!
I think I need to start being a bit more disciplined lol0 -
Me too- need more discipline and some variety in my food - if you look at my food diary I eat same things every single day and bored out of my mind BUT I am so poor right now that I simply can afford to buy more variety of food stuff and... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr0
