hehehe
Just about.
Made me feel like I've been stretched on the rack - the gaps between joints feel double the size now...
Absolutely knackered now, though. Will be heading for bed if I get any more tired than this.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
I used to love yoga (ages ago), it is pilates that was doing me in... crawling instead of walking the day after...0

Oh yes, you could always tell if the person taking the class had PMT, because she'd make you do that wretched 'hundred' move!
It always cheered me up to see really skinny girls in confused heaps wondering how on earth I was doing stuff they couldn't - kickboxing, mostly.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
I had a drink... or was it 5?
Recorded both (ah, it was just 2... for someone that does not drink unless it is a BIG ocassion ... 2 is way too much) on MFP
:P
Still within my calories heheheh0 -
I had a really good gym session today. Cycled 15 minutes non stop (6.4km) a new record and done 15 minutes non stop on cross trainer and a few other cardio exercises and some resistance works.
But now I have been ravenous this evening!0 -
And I had a very lazy day today - nice walk in the woods in Laughton with 4 dogs and that is it for today... yawn.....0

I just had a couple of hours of rehearsals...just as well, as my shoulders really ached from yesterday's yoga. So my hands and arms got a fairly good workout. Did have to dash home for something and made it as far as about 30 feet running before I thought 'nah' and decided to walk instead
Not so hungry today, but I did treat myself to bacon sarnies. And some ice cream
All within the allowance, though!I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
I lost some weight today, off my hair anyway! Chopped off half my hair, feels weird now.
I had a nice healthy dinner, tuna steak, jacket potato and salad with roasted peppers. Hmm delicious!0 -
Got a killer headache - probably stress but.....
Being good most of the time...
Went to Co Op today, looked at WW chocolate musse (spelling???) but it was more cal then the co op own one and more expensive.
Co-op's own one, 6 pots, 110 cal each for 97 pence so splashed out on that.
The plan was to have one every evening. For 6 days.
Had 4 of them so far - since 3pm today.
Still, all within the calories so all good :P0 -
As today is Shrove Tuesday, I had pancakes instead of dinner! Sugary lemony and golden syrupy ones. Hmm
Anyone giving up anything for Lent? I haven't decided yet lol. Maybe I should give up wine...0
