  • Had another yoga session today. It felt much better and I'm sure I ate less today as a result.

So, as I'm so far below my allowance, I'm going to make myself a big bowl of porridge with water and then go to bed.

Will be thinking of you tomorrow, GR, hope all goes well for you.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

How is evryone doing or is it just me and Jo on MFP left nowadays, hu?

My weight was 70.8 for a goof few days, then for some unknown reason jumped to 71.7 which ^*$&%$£^$£" me off a lot, now back down to 71.0 but do not seem to be able to move under 71kg grrrrr

Being good with counting what I eat but start getting rather bored with my "menu" - same things really every day as can not be bothered...hmmmmm

    How is everyone else doing?

    Cool congratulations on the job!

I had a really good gym session today. Burnt about 300 calories, not bad. I've had a really lazy week, haven't worked since Wednesday! lol.

:T:beer::T congratulations thats brilliant! Thrilled for you

I'm still around, just had a heavy couple of weeks in RL. Trying to juggle things and since I'm not measuring changes via the scales it can be a bit harder to monitor.

Had a v big slip over last 10 days just because just had other things on. Not done any real exercise but thankfully also been too busy to eat so think things have balanced out :p

Congrats once again, hope you are celebrating tonight :)

Ok, since noody is taking to me here - will have a monologue :P

I have a feeling I actually need to stick to 1200 cal per day and not add any food alowance for "extra calories burnt" as 8lb loss in 40 days is nothing really so......

Will simply try to stick to the 1200 cal no matter what.

Wonder how though as having planned my "dinner" already - I only have 10 cal allowance left LOL
