Well I've kick started my diet and gone back to gym today. Sunday I went to the beach with my sister in Norfolk. We went to Branham Overy Staithe, which has a beautiful and quiet beach with sandunes, it's 1.5 mile walk from the car park, both ways! So got some exercise there. Then we drove to Hunstanton for food, and then walked along the beach front all the way up and back again. Another 4 miles in total. So walked 7 miles yesterday! That burnt off the sausage and chips I had lol.

Once I've got rid of the chocolate in the house, I'm giving it up for 2 weeks to start with. Then hopefully a bit longer.

This weekend will be a bump in the road, I'm going to Disneyland and Paris for my 25th Birthday. So eating some junk food, but lots of walking around to burn it off!

I'm not single (as per the thread title!) but I've been losing weight without trying lately so thought I'd share...

I've read slimming advice countless times that says to snack on a handful of nuts and ignored it but just lately I've developed a craving for Marks and Spencer's brazil nuts (they don't come cheap at £2.09 a pack!) and I've been losing weight without really trying. They aren't low in calories but it's bloomin' true that nuts fill you up, if I buy a bag in the morning and eat those for breakfast I can't manage more than a slice of toast at lunchtime and, on a couple of occasions when I've been busy at work I've worked through lunch without noticing which is unheard of for me :rotfl:
    Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)

    December £361.54, November £322.28, October £288.52, September £374.30, August £223.95, July £71.45, June £251.22, May£119.33, April £236.24, March £106.74, Feb £40.99, Jan £98.54) Total for 2017 - £2,495.10
