    Hi.

Sorry been working 60 hours this week. Which is probably good as I have been on my feet all week and not at a desk. So I'm getting back on track 2 weeks ago I went back up to 11 stone, now I'm 10st 12lbs. Must be all the walking around with my heavy bag of forms, walkie talkie batteries and drinks lol.

Just realised that it is so much easier to put "calories only" on MFP when having ready meals (my soups) than when coking and searching for all the ingridients on MFP... that database is a mess there, isn't it?

    LOL

    Hey,

Hope it's OK to join!!! Weight Watchers has worked in the past for me but with the propoints it just doesn't seem to agree with me, too many chances to cheat! So I'm going back to good old fashioned calorie counting and exercise with the help of MFP. Gettingready yes their database is really messy with tons of duplicates and out of date info. Like how on the iPhone app you can scan barcodes though!!

Find of the day was YooMoo frozen yoghurt, 150kcal in a pot... lush!

Woohoo day off tomorrow! I'm happy, I get paid tomorrow I think, so that's also a bonus too!

I've not been eating very healthily today though. Dinner at work was take away of Thai curries, very spicy though, so I didn't eat as much as I would have usually
  • Weight's gone down a bit. Broke my belt trying to make a new hole in it - 2 inches narrower than the smallest one. And the too tight jeans are now just right. Except I can take them off without undoing them.

Got asked out by someone else in the pub after my gig last night (which was excellent, btw :D) but I've found out that I don't have to say yes because they ask - chances are there'll be another one along soon enough :)

Yoga tomorrow. Get some exercise in.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

not done too badly, except for the 2 small packets of crisps today, couple of biscuits and small piece of nougat yesterday. otherwise not really eaten much junk at all.
been finishing of the wallpapering of the hallway and finally finished yesterday with help from mum.
walked a good mile or so sat to get a 10 litre tin of pain and walked home with it. just need to keep it up.
