The scales don't like me
Either that or I've been eating way too much food at work. They provide mostly junk food, which is just too tempting! They do provide fruit, but I'm not a big fruit eater most of the time. 0 -
Sharon - I feel for you, same problem here - work and everyone munching on something all the time....
My scales shown 1 kg UP since l;ast week - yesterday.
Today back to 68.5 but got to watch those hours between 8am and 4.30 pm....
How is everyone else doing?0 -
I've decided to phone in sick today. Feel a bit like crap, exhausted from work. I've not really been looking after myself too well. With the take aways that work provides, and the junk food they provide and the carrying heavy bags and running around it's really taken it's toll. So I'm relaxing today.0

struggling a little at the moment, sister bought me an easter egg and i felt a bit down in the dumps and fed up and ended up eating that and goodness knows what the last few days.
managed to curb compared to what i have but have managed to keep the activity up with doing stuff in the garden, indoors ie painting, sorting out plants plus other bits in bobs.
hoping to get myself up soon and having hopefully worked through this phase.0 -
Personally all over the place myself but with the consultation/op date getting close frankly got other things on my mind....0

Hi,
Hope its ok to pop in here,I have battled on and off for years, have had PCOS for 20yrs,however this seemed to calm down as I got older, have tried millions of diets in the past, however think the calorie counting worked the best. I am 5ft 2,and prob around 12stone,would like to be 10. I now work night shifts (nurse) to make things easier to help my mum.....but this has resulted in me now being a REAL lardarse the whole week and putting at least a stone and a half on in the last year.
For unlucky7 (I think?).....it is possible to beat PCOS weight but it is really hard, which most people think is just an excuse.
Not sure I am up to starting this just yet as a bit fed up with the whole 'lard' thing at moment but would love to join later if that's ok.
Good luck everyone!Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.0 -
