I'm finding it hard to eat at all now. It's like something has clicked in my head, that used to say 'eat eat eat now!', is now saying 'nah, don't fancy it'. I'm eating almost by forcing myself.

Don't know what I weigh this week, but the leggings I wear for yoga are baggy.

Has anybody else ever experienced this?

    thanks everyone.
not having enough will power is an issue and i think id turn into a celery or carrot stick with the amount of times i fancy junk food and try to eat them.
plus trying to make healthier choices, cook from scratch plus keep an eye on portion sizes can bog you down sometimes. just go to keep on trying i guess.
will aim to start monday and post from their.
what do you wish getting ready?

I'm here! Just about... I've had a busy week and got another busy 4 ahead of me. I'm starting on a new job, which involves running round getting people coffees/tea and lunches as well as a few other things, like moving camera equipment, jotting down times.etc

I really hope this helps me lose weight, although it'll be probably be for the wrong reasons (lack of time to eat). Yesterday I worked 9-6ish mostly on location, and all I had till then was packet of mini cheddars on way to work, diarylea dunkers and about half a bar of chocolate!

I'm going out for a meal today with my mum, so treat myself, again and again lol. I ate out twice last week at restaurants even though I'm skint!

It's not as much fun as you would think.

No pleasure from food at all? No interest in the stuff?

    Meh.

i have a treat dinner once a week and i was eating a chip with kebab sauce on friday night and i only really enjoyed it a wee bit. i had sorta told myself all week "you're having a chip with kebab sauce on friday night" all week and then once i got there, i didn't really enjoy it that much. bit of a waste of calories really! need to have a wee think about how to avoid this happening in the future.
