Where is everyone and how is everyone doing???????
I am overeating - sitting at a desk all day long......
First week, got to get better organised with lunches/snacks but peniless so have to make do with what I already have at home... and it is not much buuuu0 -
I'm in a pitiful heap, having been murdered by the yoga teacher this afternoon....
Decided to pig out, so had two whole chicken breasts for lunch and half a packet of prawns this evening.
Just put all of it into MFP.
And I'm still under for the day.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
Jo - bul...
seen your info on MFP LOL all those phone numbers and chat up lines.. you doing great girl0 -
Going quite well, didn't get in until after 10pm last night so didn't do my exercises, but managed to restrain from munching so that's something. Gave in and checked the scales even though I wasn't going to until Saturday which will be the full week, am 1lb down
Is good but was hoping for a bit more as need to lose 3lbs a week to get a stone off in 5 weeks. Measured afterwards though and am 2.5 inches off overall - so quite happy with that

can i join please.
i keep trying, joining and falling off the bandwagon. tried wieght watchers a couple of times, 1st time was brilliant lost loads of wieght, 2nd time just couldnt get going, tried the dietictian and nurse but unfortuatly went awry. basically through will power/eating wrong things and forgetting appointments.
trouble is im 5ft1in and 16stone but didnt look/feel good happy when i got to just under 9stone via weight watchers. wouldnt mind being about/under 10 stone and a size 14?
trouble is i comfort eat/eat for the sake of eating or boredom then give up alltogether.0 -
Hi UnluckyT,
I have a similar problem, tend to just munch for the sake for it and am really trying to stop! At home I have cut down on buying snacks altogether as I seem to have no willpower to 'just have one' but work is harder as I tend to have things in my desk for lunch/breakfast and have had to stop myself reaching for cereal bars 3 times this morning alreadyAm trying visualising at the moment - eg I have an event on in 5 weeks that I want to have lost some weight for so I'm picturing myself looking ok for it and looking like a blimp, which is going to be the case if I carry on with the munching :S
Also trying to distract yourself works sometimes, especially if it's something that keeps your hands busy so you can't eat - I keep doing my nails when I want to munch so hopefully will be win/win - lose weight and nice nails0
