  • Sorry. Bit sleepy today.

Went out last night and initially stuck to one pint and Diet Coke.

However, after about 7 of the things, I was bouncing off the walls and then went to club where a friend presented me and the guy I was with with a bottle of prosecco (v.low calorie, stuff, apparently :)).

    Definitely burned a few calories.

hello gettingready. you sound really sad that you can't have a curry...i really think you should just have one. i follow quite a few personal trainers on twitter who all have one cheat day a week...if you deprave yourself too much, you will be miserable and that is not a nice way to be. i have started trying to operate one cheat day a week and it means when i am craving certain foods, that i know i will definitely get it on my cheat day, which increases motivation not to eat it when i'm not on cheat day!

Crap day, having nothing but slimfast - and not counting today, cant't be bothered to defrost anything and/or cook.

Off to bed, no reason - just feel somehow not right...Hmmmmm

I am so looking forward to seeing 70.00 on the scale but for absolute ages it is not moving under 70.5 and sometimes even jumping over.

Slowly loosing any motivation, honest... grrrrr

I had a bit of a lapse like that. I only lost 2lbs in a month! I've got back on track, well sort of. As tonight I've just ordered Pizza Hut for a celebration - Passing my driving test first time! Celebrate today, detox tomorrow and beyond.

I'm going to be back in a routine from tomorrow, I have 2 weeks of work coming up, so I'll make an effort to be good and not stray to the canteen too much, and if I do I'll have the healthy options! We were going to go eat out, but I'm so tired driving after 3 hours or so we're gonna celebrate inside!
