Under calories by quite a bit most days. And doing 30miles of cycling every day. Need to make an effort to do DVDs soon.:j0 -
Well things are definitely heading in the right direction for me. Despite having a GINORMOUS dinner the smallest jeans I own now fit :j :j:j0

How annoying I have another stomach ache.
BOO!
I had a fairly healthy day today. Got this uncle bens rice and sweet and sour veg pot thing for lunch and some diced melon. Although I did have a biscuit in the afternoon as I was starving. But now I have a stomach ache and don't want food! I should really eat, but I don't want to!
Damn stomach ache, had it on Saturday, better on Sunday, had a bit of a stomach ache yesterday daytime, then this evening... it sucks0 -
