This week for me has been terrible. Haven't eaten as healthily as I should have, and had a bad stomach ache yesterday...

I've lost 0.2lbs! lol. Oh well a loss is a loss. I've lost 4lbs in 3 weeks, tomorrow is the start of a new week and my brother's starting a diet too, so he wont be saying 'you coming out for dinner?' or 'I'll cook a big roast dinner'.

I haven't been to the gym all this weekend! Even though I wanted to today but I had just had a shower and didn't want another one, and I'm going out in a bit lol.

I'm going to eat healthily this week. I will force myself lol.
  • Went for a bit of a walk this morning. It was chilly and windy but nice to be out in the fresh air - glad I decided against the bike though otherwise I'd struggled in the wind.

Done my meal plan for next week. I tried a butternut squash and bulgar wheat recipe from the Tesco magazine and with a few tweaks its lovely. I used peas instead of broccoli, and my own dressing. Didn't add the cheese either. I made a massive pan full put the recipe into MFP and came out at 240 a serving... maybe I eat different sized portions as the tesco recipe shows 410 (including cheese). It's boxed up ready to take to work for lunch.

A very small piece of christmas cake has found it's way into my hands. I'm being very good in that it's only a sliver of cake as opposed to the huge chunk I would normally have, but I may have to run around the house to make a few calories:D

I just ate loads of chicken salad. Gotta love cheap packs of chicken bits.

And now I remember I actually had a rather nice dressing in the fridge. So I didn't need to have it plain and then eat a load of tinned peaches for something sweet. Bah.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

    Been good today....

Took Zara for a walk and was planning to have a brisk long walk BUT met a friend with her dog so we walked together.

Considering the difference in speed between German Shepherd (mine) and a Chihuahua (hers) the walk was much longer but much slower then expected.. sigh..... at the pedometer reading.

But - as my vacuum cleaner broke, I have no money to replace it in the near future and followig Paddypaws'es recommendation for a rubber broom - got the exercise while sweeping all flat with a broom. Swept a whole carrier bag of cat/dog hair and cat litter (that is nrmal hre, 4 cats and a long haired dog and one cat, Macius the baby is a digger, treats the litter tray as a sandpit and digs half of it out each time ge goes...)... That brrom is a hard work and then mopping.. whole flat.

Tell you what, since Xoxo introduced the site (MFP) and also gave us a hint to add calories for cleaning (never thought about that myself) - wohooo my flat never been cleaner LOL

Yes, done the windows last week too....
