I got a 300g pot, the whole pot is 750 cal (250 per 100g) but I need to know how much in a tablespoon - as that is what goes on top on ONE ryvita.. sigh...
CHicken drumsticks in the oven.....yum yum...
Thank you.......................
Well, the easiest way is to eat it all, counting the tablespoons. Divide into 750 and that will be calories per tablespoon
.
Sorry, were you looking for a lower calorie solution
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

A tablespoon (well, soup/cereal spoon) is about 15g, 25g if you are using proper measuring tablespoons. 250kcal/4 tbls = 63kcal/tbls
Roughly.
Well done so far on your loss this week! And that is so much activity!I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll

Planned my food for today, realised will be over by 88 cal so.. dragged the dog out and earned 95 cal

Now, where is that stepper of mine... hmmmmm Under few bags of 15kg cat food.. weight lifting then.. let me dig it out at last0 -
Got my stepper out... aparentlya 150 lb person will burn about 477 calories per 60 minute workout on a stepper.
I am around that weight in pounds....well. 160 lb (just done the calculations.. brrrr)
Will start with 10 min though..... honestly.. done few steps on it after digging it out and my legs are killing me already LOL0 -

don't feel any different, don't look any different and no one has commented on my weight *sob*:p but.....I had a shirt on the other day that is usually a bit tight across my stomach and it wasn't tight! Success :T (I feel obliged to add that I always wear a jumper over my shirts so no one would see the difference but I could certainly tell)
Feel less inclined to do anything this weekend and this coming week because I have a very stressful week coming up and I kind of want to focus on that but then I have to remind myself that this was supposed to be a lifestyle change and having a week off here and there will turn into months off here and there and then nothing will have changed. Will see how I get on.
Congrats to everyone on their success so far :T0 -
