Oh right, and my shenanigans with no regular mealtimes, alcohol and snacks are good in what way, exactly?
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll

I believe that faddy diet pills / drinks etc don't work- if they did, no one would need to buy them again?
I buy basics like rice, breakfast cereals etc in bulk, then get regular fruit and veg try the local market if you have one.
a nice good brekkie, and maybe a slice or two + marmite/whatever during the day sees me right.
its been done because of more a (lack of!) finance, than anything.Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
Sometimes seen lurking on the compers forum :-)0 -
youdontseeme - It's a year since I gave up smoking and water, jelly babies and a positive attitude got me through. There's a thread in Debtfreewanabee diaries here. It was helpful to me but some took me some time to find it as it's in a random place!
Gettingready - my diary on MFP should be open but I'll go and check.
And ... I blame a bad night in work... I managed to eat 6. Yes 6 - Mr Kipling Raspberry ripple cakes.. (they weren't even that nice). And a mars bar... I've added them to MFP and I'm a teeny weeny bit over my calories for today....:rotfl: but thanks to xoxo if I sleep for the next 12 hours I'll be fine!!0 -

I think the general feeling on this thread is that a healthy diet is preferable to a faddy one. As the saying goes it's not a diet it's a lifestyle choice. We are using my fitness pal (MFP) to track calories and exercise and for me it's focusing my mind on what I'm eating ( apart from the blip last night where I stuffed my face full of cake). Finance does come into it - I batch cook soups, chilli etc but I still end up looking at what chocolate is on offer in Tesco.:o0 -
What a night - was waking up several times, had half a packet of thise crip bread that really thin one cant remeber...
this type:
then 2 boiled chicken tights that were meant for today's lunch

satsumas
all AT NIGHT :eek::eek:
Got to go out out now, just having coffee - will TRY to add it all up and put in as.... breakfast LOL just calories, not listed.... sihgh0 -
