That's roughly how many calories I need in a day to lose weight!

 Apparently I need 1200 a day but all the exercise today gave me a massive 2113 allowance:eek:

    I neeeeeeeeeeeed that meal plan!!!!!!

    :D

Cashed in my loyalty points and got some sashimi from the sushi bar this lunchtime. :):):) And making coffee with warm frothed skimmed milk is just as nice as a standard one.

Soup in a minute - DD had a lower set of braces fitted today, so she's on easy to eat food for a bit. Males my life easier, too, as it's all calorie counted in the tin :)
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

  • I'm happy. My Wednesday weigh in and I lost 3lbs. :D Almost make the bread roll and butter and choccy bar I had last night make me feel less guilty!

The whole weigh in thing has me intrigued though. I have scales at home and weigh myself every morning and before I go to bed. Not to be obsessed about it more intrigued as my waistband in definately tighter at night and I feel more bloated. But it's the difference in weight that surprises me more than anything. I often weigh 4lbs more at night than in the morning.... where does it go?

I'm also on 1200 calories and then add some on for exercise - I'm averaging a 300 - 400 in exercise. It's not a lot but its enough to stop me denying myself anything.

The last bread roll is about to be eaten for tea which will help reduced the carb and calorie intake. There are crackers and crispbread in their place from now on.

wohooooooooooo 1 hour moderate cleaning gave me 168 cal wohoooooo LOL

Was never hapy to clean before, may do so more often now :)

Crubmlepie - it is normal for 2lb weight differenece between evening and morning. YOu jumping on that scale way too often, you will drive yourself crazy.

(Says the one who jumps on the scale every morning and even takes her earings out and hair elastic thingy before going on the scale)
