Do you [ahem] go to the loo when you get up and then weigh yourself? But don't *go* at night, when you have the day's food being processed inside you?

Yeah I thought some posts were missing!

I went to the gym today, even though I done a fair bit I feel like I didn't. Wasn't as sweaty afterwards. I think it's cause my legs were a bit tired. So wasn't on the rower for that long. I did up my distance on the bike though 3.5kms this time.

But I have scoffed 3 jaffa cakes, erasing my burnt off calories from the gym almost! lol.

Go on then. Mine's open too.
