Grrr - and I am absolutely STARVING and already over by some 35 or so calories.
Water does not kill my hunger, all it does is make me want to pee every 15 min and that is no good when one is trying to fall asleep.
And I can not fall asleep when I am hungry

Take the dog out to get yourself some more calories! :rotfl::j0

In that cold?
MY dog would not want to go out...
Took her downstairs for a pee, she was back in before I even tried to shut the door LOL0 -
OK - today:
Breakfast - 2 slices of bacon (boiled) and half a tin of baked beans
snacks - 4 coffess (me badddddddddddddddd but was out most day)
lunch (at 3pm) half a slim fast (chocolate)
Now - boling some chicken drumstics, will mix with cous cous, avocado, tomato and sun dried tomatos - for dinner
got 704 cal left for today, need to see how much my dinner will be.... let me see....
OMG - an avocado is 208 calories?????? gonna have just half then LOL
So my dinner is going to be 496 cal... Jesusssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
Still, will have 208 left - will walk the poor dog a bit more and EARN another 22 cal and have a whole 230 cal milkshake - chocolate
How on earth are you people ever manage to be under?
WHAT do you eat??????0 -
I manage to be under but not by much - but I do allocate a few calories to 'snacks' so I can eat them at break time in work or when I'm peckish. If I'm not hungry I don't always eat them though.
So today -
breakfast - yoghurt, banana and crispbreads with jam. (Haven't eaten the banana so I'll have that this evening.)
lunch - soup and bread roll and banana
Dinner - spicy bean pot and bread roll
snacks - jelly, small choc bar.
Lots of coffee and water.
Today doesn't look the best because of the bread rolls, but they need eating up and I need the space in the freezer, otherwise it would be fruit, small choc bar, or crisps or more crispbreads in the snacks bit.
For a 50 calorie snack I'm using two tins of fruit and a sugar free jelly. I'm using small baby food sized plastic pot for a portion.0 -

wohooo just found out there is only 70 cal in 10 almonds

i put my almonds in water for few hours then peel on the brown outside (with my finger nail, sorry) and they are LOVELY like that....
so I got my snack now
do not have a kitchen scale at home at the moment, used to have this brilliant one:
They are about 8 at Tesco's, got to get one....
My old one got damaged... hot kitchen utensil on top on plastic scale.. erm.... LOL0 -
OMG - coffee with milk and sugar comes up to 68 cal (on MFP)
10 almonds come up to 70 cal.....
Hmmmmm
and you can chew them for agesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss when they have been soaked beforehand0 -
Yes I'm sure.. I use baby food pots. Share the fruit out between 9 pots and the jelly on top.
I use the jelly crystals (Hartley's sugar free jelly) 36 cals a packet
Tin of peaches ( 250 calories a tin)
Tin of mandarins (180 calories a tin)
9 small jelly pots = 52 cals per portion. They are small pots though, but I'm finding it's enough to satisfy the sweet craving.0
