Oh forgot about something.
Had 6 chicken drumsticks yesterday, boiled them and took the meat of 3 of them mixing with pesto, cous cous and sun dried tomatos - hd it kind of 4ish.
Hid the oter 3cooked drumsticks in the hanging cupboard in the kitchen closing the doors.
Unfortunately , Fred my forever starving cat has omehow managed to open the cupboard and help himself to 2 of my 3 drumsticks.. with Zara my dog helping him with the bones grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Neer mind that cooked chicken bones can kill a dog BUT the nerve of the 2 of them... those were MY drumsticks

Is anyone else using the myfitnesspal site having problems getting all the calories in?
I seem to be 500+ short everyday now I know I was ill last week but even today by the time I put my dinner in I think I will be 600ish down, something is wrong somewhere
and I've not lost weight, not put any on, but not lost any.
I havent done much exercise until today, infact the past week I've been sat on my rather large bottom feeling sorry for myself - that chinese I didnt include on Friday must be the reason!!!

I'm doing ok today. 2L of water, rice and veg for dinner, 20miles on my bike. Borrowed some weights to use while i'm on my bike. Got 1122 calories left though and I'm not hungry at all

Do you mean you're under or over your calories? I always find myself under but not by that much:eek: What are you eating every day to be so over/under?:eek:

Usually under typical day well today anyway was
Breakfast: Cup of tea (cant do breakfast when Im at work)
Lunch: Mushrooms on toast with a feta cheese salad
Dinner: Scampi and peas (4 oven chips it was the end of the bag)
Snack: 2 smoothies

Seems like a fair amount to eat, maybe you're just lucky that the things you like are v. low calories

I am having problems with:
1) finding the food I eat on my fitness pall - calories do not agree between what is listed there and what I see on tinns/packets at home, I guess as members add items they do not calculate properly
2) trying to add as new food
3) wish there was an option to simply add calories eaten0 -
Just had my motivation for losing weight heightened by the Download Festival announcements! Not mind blowing, but some pretty good bands on there, and I will need to be fit to keep up with those bands! Most looking forward to Black Sabbath, The Prodigy and Tencious D. The rest are good or I've seen before (inc Metallica and Biffy Clyro).
These guys look crazy! They'll be there again too. Wonder if I could keep up?
