Ok looks like its been an interesting week on here with our very own male candidia sales person popping in for a quick visit. Dont you just love those that preach but dont practice what they actually preach.
So far my portion controls seems to be working and while i am in fact eating exactly the same foods i would have bought before but i am only eating within my calorie range....the result of this is i managed to wear 2 pairs of size 18 trousers this week that were in fact too tight to even consider for work just before xmas. Kinda looking forward to actually getting on the scales tomorrow morning, i wont do it now as it is a bad time of day to compare against.
Hope everyone elses week has been yummy and healthy and the lbs melting away! & Hope you had a lovely birthday Jo!HSBC [STRIKE]£3223.20[/STRIKE] £2060.00Cap1 [STRIKE]£1724.91[/STRIKE] £1782.00OD [STRIKE]£939.78[/STRIKE] £200.00No 49 of £2012 in 2012.. £645.10 so far & Crazy Clothes £14.09/£100.00 ReducingtheToiletryStash2012 UU12/IN 20 March Grocery 0.00/£65.00 & LbsNot£s Lost 14Lbs0 -
DOD you on MFP? PM me your username LOL

I am 332 over my allowance for today, that includes a dinner that I have put into MFP but did not yet have.
So will have to do a bit on the stepper (as dog refuses to go out again LOL)
What it has done for me is make me aware of choices I have...
For example, slimfast milkshake is 223 calories, I have 1 and half box left (chocolate ones so yummy) but when that is finished... may be making bettr choices with food.
Had some fusli (twirly thingy) pasta yesterday with boiled chicken (legs) shredded to bits and some sun dried tomatos - all mixed together, it was su absolutely yummy 461 caloriws (3 drumsticks) but the calculation was not accurate as got no scale at home(kitchen scale) so guessed the past bit and overestimated... So much nicer than any shakes.. and takes no time to make.0 -
Not using MFP but the sp website the first 2 weeks i averaged just short of 1550 cals a day this week it looks like its more like 1740 cals a day average but ive had a few naughty days this week were i have just topped the 1900 and 2000 cals point and thankfully stopped myself before i went into binge modeHSBC [STRIKE]£3223.20[/STRIKE] £2060.00Cap1 [STRIKE]£1724.91[/STRIKE] £1782.00OD [STRIKE]£939.78[/STRIKE] £200.00No 49 of £2012 in 2012.. £645.10 so far & Crazy Clothes £14.09/£100.00 ReducingtheToiletryStash2012 UU12/IN 20 March Grocery 0.00/£65.00 & LbsNot£s Lost 14Lbs0

I've felt like crap today. Have a big stomach ache. No idea why. I didn't fancy any food earlier. I had a banana and 2 jaffa cakes before 5pm (woke up at 9am). Then I couldn't be bothered cooking so had chicagotown pizza and a few chips! I bought a can of coke and put sugar in it to make it flat, as that use to settle my stomach... no affect this time

Hopefully I'll feel better by tomorrow and I wont throw up in the middle of the night!0 -
30 miles on the bike again today.
1508 calories under my target
Feeling quite lightheaded though so tempted to have some bread and soup or something. Maybe.
Well done everyone on your progress so far! :j I wonder if we could keep a list of mse usernames and weight loss so far so we can all see how well we're doing?
