    OK - went to the neighbour, weighted my cup of dry pasta 50 g
    So cooked around 175 cal?

    Am I right?
    According to the label I posted before?

    Woop woop! Just measured myself. I have lost 2 inches off my waist and hips!! Now they're both under 40 inches! My body's weird and both my waist and hips are about the same, that's cause my fat is kept on my belly. When I diet usually the fat goes from my hips, legs and the side of my waist first, then my stomach fat and then boobs (which for me I want to go down a bra size or 2, so I don't have to spend £20 or more every time I buy any bras!)
  • another week done and I should be back to my normal routine from tomorrow onwards. This week was as busy as I thought it might be and important enough that I let the exercise slide to provide time for other things.

    Don't feel I've slid back too far though tbh. My diet has been quite reasonable this week and for the last few days I've noticed my clothes fitting better.

    I am looking forward to getting back on the wagon (so to speak) to see where I can get to by the end of next week.

    Well, my scale was showing me 73.5 today that is 3kg down since I started, 2kg down since I re-registered with MFP :)

    Who is YDSMon MFP?

    Did not log on for a while, on my list of friends... but different nicks here and different there - in my old age I am getting confused....

    I have fallen off the wagon so to speak spectacularly this weekend so I'm not updating my MFP diary until I get started again on Monday :p

    Want to hear about my failings? Went to meet a few friends last night at pub... you can see where this is going. I did say no alcohol this month, but decided, I'll have a couple, not too many as I had a driving lesson today. Well, I had 2 diet cokes and one vodka and diet coke (less calories than beer/wine.etc) This was just off Oxford Street. My mates went to get some food at McDonalds, took all my will power not to get anything from there! Then we went to one bar in Camden, had 1 drink and then went clubbing in Electric Ballroom. Had 3 more drinks there! I was a wee bit drunk, and a teeny bit hungover for my driving lesson. Which is probably stupid of me, because my test is on the 8th and I have 1 more lesson between now and then!

    I only consumed 300 calories of vodka, and lots of diet coke (a few calories) but my body probably didn't need the booze! lol.

    I am in heaven now, I have earnet some calories so.. phewwww 3 scrambled eggs (on butter) spread over 3 ryvitas.. wohooooooo :)

    And still got 618 cal left for today (got out of bed at 1pm as was reading till 5am.. that explains it.. a bit hmmm)

    Run out of my choco slimfast.. no cash to buy any - still on buy one get one free at Superdrug but .... no cash.. buuuuuuu

    How am I gonna feed my chocolate addiciton now?
