Good luck on your interview! I've been working today, took a home made salad and chunks of melon I bought reduced at Tesco the night before. Filled me up till 5pm, shame I finish work at 6. But didn't cave in to the lure of the biscuits.

I've made a bigger salad for tomorrow, today's was boring chicken tikka pieces, lettuce, cucumber and pepper. Tomorrow's is tuna with a bit of extra light mayo and a cheesespread triangle, slice of ham cut up, hard boiled egg cut up with lettuce cucumber and red pepper. Mixed it up a bit more this one. I'm looking forward to it already! lol

I've had a reasonable start to the week. Following a week off my legs are now protesting against the return to exercise and I think I will be stiff tomorrow (and I stretched out properly as well). Will see how I get on.

Thanks to the 4kg loss (since Xmas), managed to get into 2 (!!!) of my old suits so at least have a choice for tomorrow... AND had my hair done yesterday LOL
