I am stuffed BUT just to be on a safe side... I am off to bed... nite nite ;)
  • Think I went too low on the calories over the last couple of days.

Feel really headachey, despite eating quite well, IMO. Went to sleep quite early as well for a couple of nights, then went really late, now tired again.

But - have found the way to get latte flavour shakes without spending out a fortune on ready mixed. Use a vanilla flavour shake and add instant coffee dissolved in a little hot water.

Well I've had a rubbish week, ate too much crap, but really didn't eat as much as I could do before. I did buy one of those big-ish bars of galaxy that cost me £1, I use to be able to go through them in 1 night, I bought it a week ago and it's still not finished lol. So at least I'm learning, and it's not even because I'm tempted, 4 squares and I was happy lol, well once I ate 6 lol.

My wrist is just killing me from typing too much at work. Which is why I've barely been on here. Wrist hurts as I type. Better stop now lol

I've not been on MFP because i'm not doing calorie control at the moment.

I am however still losing weight :j

  • I have gone way over my calories this past week. I'm not even sure I've logged everything on MFP. So I haven't lost any weight and I may have even put on a pound or two, but I'm not worried about it as this is a long haul thing not a quick fix.

Well in life your weight will go up and down, you have some over indulgent weeks, and some good weeks. Just make sure a bad week is followed by multiple good weeks! I'm getting right back to the gym this week, after I've done my first driving test tomorrow afternoon! I'll let you know if I pass/fail.

If I fail I may put on a pound from the ice cream lol
  • Went to bed with a shake again. Can't be doing with the headache I had last night again.

Updated my tracked on MFP and it is rubbish as was showing 6lb lost and I have put 1kg on and it is now shoowing 3lb lost. Since when 1kg is 3lb?

BUT - I did have that massive roast dinner on Sunday PLUS a whole box of turkish halva (some 1200 the halva alone) so... paying for it now..

    Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu :(

Takes ages to drop a kg but to put a kg on is one trip to a turkish shop :(
